Supervisors can manage surcharges and delivery options for specific carriers and send email or SMS notifications to customers about tracking details. The system also enables businesses to monitor consignments across the supply chain and print labels, manifests, and details according to requirements.
MachShip offers an API, which helps businesses integrate the platform with several third-party carriers and solutions such as Aussiefast Transport Solutions, Northline, Cope Sensitive Freight, Direct Freight Express, and more.
