The white-labeled platform enables managers to link the system with the Shopify store and send personalized messages to clients with abandoned carts. ManyChat allows teams to book appointments, send reminders, collect feedback, and share news using a centralized dashboard. Supervisors can also add tags to segment customers, create custom keyword triggers, and run automated drip sequences.
ManyChat lets stakeholders build personalized chatbot flows, perform A/B tests to optimize campaign efficiency, and gain insights into performance analytics. Requests for more functionality on the free plan, a learning curve for sophisticated automation, sporadic problems integrating based on current infrastructure, worries about shifting platform rules, and more.
