What is OptiMantra?

OptiMantra is a practice management and EMR solution specifically created for integrative and wellness practices. - The solution was specifically developed for individual and multi-modality group practices of nurse practitioners, acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopaths, PTs, massage therapists, aesthetics, and others across Canada and the US.

Users are provided features such as patient messaging, online appointment booking, email reminders, intake forms, a patient portal, customizable charting, integrated payment processing, integrated labs and imaging, in-program tele-health, insurance billing, inventory management, and more.

The platform is cloud-based and accessible via any laptop, desktop, tablet or phone with internet.

When I transferred from my previous EMR a lot of patient information was left out with the transfer and patients emergency contacts were put in the system as patients.

I have found AI scribes to be extremely helpful for me as a provider that's always struggled with documentation. The only drawback to DeepCura is the cost for someone who is part-time and doesn't use all the monthly credits.
