MioCommerce is an all-in-one business management solution for home & commercial services such as maid services, car wash businesses, pet services, tutoring, lawn care, handyman services, and more. The cloud-based solution allows users to manage customers, bookings, sales, marketing, payments, and more from one platform. It offers features including real-time pricing, online booking management, Live pricing buy button, social media integration, conversion tracking, quote management, appointment scheduling, dispatch management, availability tracking, and marketing.
PodiumIO is designed to help service businesses acquire new customers by providing the tools to build unlimited, customized booking pages, offer real-time, personalized pricing quotes to website visitors, process electronic payments, and embed request-a-quote (RAQ) forms on business websites. Users can also integrate with social channels to route leads to booking pages and enhance conversions. Appointments can be scheduled using the calendar tool and the drag and drop interface allows users to add, reschedule, and cancel appointments instantly. Service staff can also access the calendar to see, at-a-glance, where they need to be for jobs, and at what time. The auto-dispatching functionality assigns jobs to service staff automatically and prioritizes jobs based on predefined parameters.
