It enables employees to capture and store guest’s data in a centralized repository and collect customer feedback through custom surveys.

Features of TRACK CRM include communication management, single sign on (SSO), a drag-and-drop interface, customer experience management, reporting, and more. Professionals can use the application to create and send promotional and reservation confirmation messages to guests via emails and text. The built-in leads management module allows administrators to generate leads, convert customer inquiries into bookings, and track guest’s calls, emails, and text messages via a unified dashboard.

TRACK CRM offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications such as Streamline, IQware, HomeAway, Oracle Opera, Maestro, and more. It also lets managers monitor lost or abandoned shopping carts, configure workflows for marketing automation, and analyze user behavior based on cart or website abandonment and email click.
