It serves very small businesses and independent professionals — real-estate agents, brokers, accountants, lawyers and trades — who want to turn email into a productivity and sales tool. Elixmail unifies Gmail, Outlook and 20+ IMAP accounts in a single inbox, then adds AI summaries, contextual reply suggestions, message categorization, real-time open and click tracking, and automated follow-up sequences based on recipient behavior, plus a built-in CRM with a visual sales pipeline.
Additional tools include voicemail transcription (French and English), an AI phone receptionist for call handling and appointment scheduling, an intelligent calendar with public booking links (Google, Apple, Outlook), SMS alerts, and registered mail (LRAR) for official communications.
Hub Connect plugs in your CRM and documents (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Notion, Google Drive) so drafts arrive pre-enriched, read-only, nothing sent without your approval (from the Pro plan). Agent Connect is a secure gateway between your emails and your AI assistants (Claude and ChatGPT): find a thread or follow up a quote without digging through your inbox, with OAuth 2.1, permissions, audit trail and one-click revocation (from the Solo plan).
