Elixmail is an AI-powered professional inbox and customer-communication workspace for freelancers, sales professionals, service businesses and small teams. It connects Gmail, Outlook and IMAP accounts in one unified inbox while letting users keep their existing email addresses.
AI features summarize, categorize, prioritize, translate and help draft replies. Engagement tools track opens, clicks and document views, while behavior-based follow-ups help users act at the right time. A built-in CRM adds contact history, a visual sales pipeline, intent scoring and next-action suggestions.
Elixmail also includes an intelligent calendar with public booking links, SMS alerts, Voice-Mail, bilingual voice commands and an AI phone receptionist for call handling and appointment scheduling. AES-256 encrypted email and registered mail (LRAR) support sensitive or formal communications. Offline mode, an installable app, Zapier and API access help users work from anywhere and connect existing workflows.
Hub Connect adds read-only context from Pipedrive, HubSpot, Notion and Google Drive so drafts can use the latest customer or document information. Agent Connect securely connects email to Claude and ChatGPT with OAuth 2.1, granular permissions, audit trail, human validation and one-click revocation.
