I have used Firefox off and on for many years now, and I use it frequently in conjunction with Tor browser. I like the free and open-source nature of the browser and although I might not use it as my primary browser, I tend to swap between browsers anyway.

When I did not have a separate computer, my father on his computer had a few browser. IE, Maxthon, Opera and somehow Mozilla got installed.At that time it was just a "small" browser among many, not in the top 5 as nowadays.It had its adventures with a mobile OS system 4-5 years back, it had a short, but a fruitful life I reckon.I personally prefer Mozilla over the ones I use alternatively (Edge, Chrome), on the desktop/laptop, but on the mobile, there Chrome (on Android) worked better.On the desktop I have a few add-ins that can help you achieve even more, than the usual arsenal gives you.I prefer the dark mode, better four your eyes.Silently it does its thing, I can not really say bad about it.Free, that is important.When you have 2 browser instances, close one, then close the second, you may lose the first's open tabs.

Before Firefox, I used to use the Internet Explorer, and the reason why I switched is because Internet Explorer was becoming less and less compatible with more sites and applications that I would use, and I found Firefox filled that void. I chose Firefox because it is more compatible than other web browsers I have found with certain applications or sites, and also the best part about Firefox is the privacy browsing. So, you oftentimes can avoid unwanted or unsolicited advertising through lots of cookies, and that's basically the reason why I like it the most.
                                                       Getting started with Firefox was super easy. The install worked really well, and they had a good step by step process of how to get started with that, so I found the interface really easy to work with. I would highly recommend using Firefox if you're looking into it. The only pieces that I have found over the issue or over the times as an issue with it have often sometimes been the search engines or some of their tabs, but with a little bit of playing around, it's easy to work with and a really seamless internet browser to use.

                                                       When looking at browsers, we compared different PC browsers, like Chrome, Edge and Firefox. We didn't use Safari because most of the people that we interact with are not Apple users. And some of the other reasons that we chose Mozilla over Chrome and Edge is that it tends to eat less ram and it has much more functionality and different extensions that were more appropriate for our business.
                                                       We preferred Firefox because for one, it has better privacy features, which was important to our business just by the nature of work that we do. It also had, because of the robustness of the different apps available to us, it allowed us to integrate our workflow with Mozilla, or with Firefox rather, and to get a lot of functionality out of using the browser. And finally, some of the features like the password manager and similar features just allowed us to streamline our workflow and work faster.
                                                       It's pretty easy to get started with Firefox. We create the profiles, and then you can import any bookmarks or settings that you have in other browsers. And so it's pretty straightforward to start up, and then you can just go through the different features, which are pretty straightforward and there are walkthroughs as well. So getting Firefox up and running for our business was quick and easy.
                                                       For anyone who's thinking about using Firefox, I'd recommend comparing the different privacy settings from Firefox, to Chrome, to Edge or any other browsers that you might consider, as well as the different extensions and apps that you might need to use with your business and make sure that they're compatible with Firefox. And finally, I'd just make sure that any of the tools that you need are available with Firefox and they're compatible with any of the tools that others that you interact with might use.
