Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Kayse AI overview
What is Kayse AI?
Most intake software can feel like a horse and buggy with an AI agent bolted to the front. It was built when intake meant a telephone and a legal pad, and bolting on an agent does not change what is underneath.
Kayse is the flying car. It does not make the chase faster. It ends it.
The lead who found you at 11pm is spoken to and screened before your office opens. Then one of three things: an appointment on your calendar, an e-sign packet they could sign overnight, or a callback set for the morning. Your team walks in to booked consults, signed retainers and a short callback list, not a pile of leads to chase.
That is the difference between a faster horse and a flying car.
What it actually does
Kayse reaches a new lead in as little as 60 seconds, by voice, SMS text and email. It asks the questions your intake team would ask, then does the one thing you chose for that workflow: warm transfer, book the appointment, or send the e-signature packet. 24/7/365, with a safety net for allowed calling hours.
Intake form links. Some leads do not want to talk at first. They get a link to your intake form instead, and when they finish it Kayse thanks them and books the appointment, sends the e-sign or sets a callback.
The 14 day cycle. Leads who do not answer get 14 days of calls, texts and emails.
Full AI Intake. The AI works your whole intake form, scoped with you.
AI Receptionist. Covers your main line 24/7/365.
Setup is the part firms dread
Your firm runs twelve case types and most AI intake tools want twelve agents: twelve builds to maintain, and twelve line items on the invoice. An inbound AI receptionist answers the phone and stops there. A texting only agent cannot hold a conversation.
Kayse ships with the forms already written. Pick your case types from the library, edit any question, or upload your own and Kayse builds them in minutes. Approve your rules and go live. One AI Agent handles your whole intake, across up to 15 case types, so you build once and pay once.
Guardrails
Calling hours are set per lead by location, day and time. Outside those hours Kayse emails and invites the person to call the AI line. Guardrails are per workflow, opt outs suppress account wide, activity is logged.
Also included
Branded client portal with no per client charge. E-signature: one request, one send.
Where Kayse is headed
Kayse is an AI native take on what an intake CRM can be, built around the agent rather than beside it. Kayse Sign runs inside the agent, and an Opportunities board and Human Dialer are coming. At a price a smaller firm can carry.
Run it either way. Send your leads to Kayse and it does all of this in one platform, or keep your intake CRM or practice management as the front door and have Kayse work behind it. Built-in connectors for Law Ruler, Litify Matters, SmartAdvocate and Five9 WFA. Through Zapier: Clio Manage, MyCase, Filevine, Lead Docket, CASEpeer, PracticePanther, Salesforce, HubSpot and 30 more. Webhooks and an open API for the rest.
Who it is for
Plaintiff law firms in the US. Personal injury, mass tort, Social Security Disability, immigration, estate, family, consumer and business law.
No free trial. A 12 month agreement holds your price for the year, and you can end it at any point with 90 days notice.
Kayse can lift intake conversion 2 to 4x. Results may vary by case type and client responsiveness.
If you run mass tort or SSD cases
A smaller set of firms also run reactivation campaigns on signed clients. Built for Mass Tort and Social Security Disability, where cases run for years.
Ghost Client Reactivation reaches clients who disengaged and went unreachable to your firm. You took the case and you carry the cost, and you cannot see it through for someone you cannot reach. You decide what each campaign is for: a warm transfer to your team, or gathering the data and documents that campaign needs. A data network repairs the claimant's contact information first. Standard plan and above.
