SendApp is a customer messaging platform built on Meta's official WhatsApp

Business Cloud API. It gives teams a single workspace for inbound

conversations, outbound campaigns and automated replies, without phone

tethering or unofficial browser automation.

SHARED INBOX

One WhatsApp Business number serves the whole team. Inbound messages enter a

single queue and are routed to an agent or department, either manually, by

round-robin, or through an interactive entry menu that lets the customer pick

a department. Conversation ownership locks to the assigned agent, preventing

duplicate replies, and live typing indicators show who is working on what.

Agents transfer chats, add internal notes invisible to the customer, apply

tags and move conversations through open, pending and closed states. Reporting

covers first response time, resolution time and volume per agent. Unlimited

operators are included on every plan.

CAMPAIGNS AND TEMPLATES

Contacts are stored with custom fields and segmented into lists, with CSV

import and export. Message templates are created and submitted to Meta for

approval from inside the platform, with header, body and button variables.

Bulk campaigns support scheduling, per-message delivery and read tracking, and

automated follow-up sequences.

AUTOMATION AND AI

An AI assistant handles first contact 24/7, answering common questions,

qualifying leads and taking bookings, then escalating to a human agent when it

cannot resolve a request. It can be enabled or disabled per conversation.

Rule-based automation covers keyword routing, business hours, away messages

and scheduled reminders.

INTEGRATIONS

Native connectors for WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix and Google Sheets

trigger order, shipping and booking notifications automatically. Facebook Lead

Ads, web forms and WhatsApp flows capture leads directly into a conversation.

Zapier and Make connect thousands of additional applications, and a documented

REST API with webhooks supports custom integrations. A Chrome extension is

available for sending from the browser.

SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE

Messaging runs on Meta's official Cloud API, so message delivery follows

WhatsApp's own encryption in transit. The WhatsApp Business Account remains

owned by the customer, not by the platform, so numbers and message history are

never locked in. Data is hosted in the European Union under GDPR, with

role-based access control limiting which conversations each operator can see.
