The platform enables users to automate marketing campaigns with keyword tagging, segmentation, mail-merge personalization, and custom newsletters mailing. The sales management feature allows businesses to track leads, and manage quotes, prospects, customers and sales processes. It also helps users streamline email communication with internet message access protocol (IMAP) based sync, auto-archiving of messages, a template builder and contact management.

SpinOffice allows users to manage security with multiple security options such as data encryption, daily backups, two-factor authentication and role-based access. Plus, the solution integrates with various third-party applications such as Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Messagebird and more.
