What is Trove?
Trove is credit control AI that automates the manual work of getting paid. Customers have trusted it to chase down £20m+ in overdues.
Connect your invoicing system (Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe) and your Gmail or Outlook. Reminders send from your own email with your signature, and AI varies the wording so customers don’t get the same email every week.
When customers reply, Trove takes action. It logs promised payment dates, pauses reminders, adds PO numbers to invoices and drafts responses. You approve drafts before they send, or switch to automatic sending.
Trove also handles payment plans, statutory late fees, letters before action, parent and sub-customer groups, and multi-entity setups. It integrates with HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Creditsafe to keep your team in the loop.
Setup takes about 15 minutes, and most customers see their first invoice paid within 3 days.
