Syft Analytics Pricing

It’s firstly aesthetically pleasing. It’s is minimal, readable and not filled with overwhelming amount of data and information. It is straight forward and can be used on most devices anywhere. It is understandable as people with little knowledge on accounting softwares can still make use of it and find it helpful in performing tasks they otherwise could not perform on their own.

It may not be easily accessible to other individuals due to its pricing.

It is a useful reporting and analytics tool which helps us to run reports in a customized way. It can provide an in-depth analysis of the data we worked with and it can also integrate with other applications/tools easily.The tool is user-friendly and can be used by small and medium-scale enterprises like us.

There is not much to dislike about this product. It runs a bit slow sometimes but it may be because of my internet speed.

We used to do our management reports using excel and were skeptical about moving to a product we had to pay for. After using it for a few years now we can't imagine not using it. The single cost for unlimited companies is an excellent value for us as an accounting firm as we use it for all of our clients. The reports look very professional and the arrow indicator of increase or decrease on most reports is especially appreciated.

We used to have many graphs of the financial health of our client's businesses. Syft could still use more as the only one we currently use is the cash flow bar graph. The graphs on the side of the other reports are simply too small to see or use effectively. The refresh data feature is very slow and often gets stuck, requiring a page refresh but this just slows things down a bit, it doesn't make it unusable.

It connect easily to Quickbooks so we can fast and easily compare the reality to what we budget and forecast. The price is simply the best on the market for that quality of the product. As a small business Syft really take us to a new step.

There is some thing that still need work. It is not totally organic to learn, but once you understand how Syft work you can do almost anything with Syft.

Doesn't link directly to Sage50. We had to create our own import templates.

The software is very user friendly. Everything seem to be a click away.

Linking from other accounting software takes a bit of time

Honestly - there is nothing I can say that I don't like about this product. I would have to dig deep to find something. I can only say I WISH I was better at using - but that is On ME as the opportunity to learn is there, ALWAYS someone available to respond to your inquiry and there is Syft Campus - which has been helpful too.Perhaps there could be some "online boot camp" week long session(s)/education (to make me dedicate the uninhibited time to focus my learning to become an expert user). In a time where online learning/self-service is prevalent, having a cohort with dedicated time together in learning sessions uninterrupted might be a great catalyst to onboarding and becoming an expert user (my ultimate goal).

Visually it looks good and does improve reporting option/Time spend on building reports does take less time. Good support. The product is continuously developing with new features that are usable.

Not really able to use their VAT/Audit function as it does not pull the info correctly through from sage one. Also, not really very customizable when it comes to building specific reports for clients. We cannot really provide the specific reports that our clients want.

Insightful reports help spot problem areas easily and also inconsistencies in the data.

It is quite expensive and there isn't an offer suitable for a sole practitioner with limited resources.

The product is very easy to use, integrates perfectly with our accounting software and has very valuable features. I especially find the Financial Health, Valuation and Benchmark to be beneficial reports. The quick reports also add so much value to our business and our clients' businesses. We can now provide relevant information to our clients in such an efficient manner and concentrate on the more important things; provide guidance on how to enhance their businesses.

It would be great if there could be a report that details the cash in- and out per month, per account. This is a report requested by financial institutions and would be great if it could be automated.

I can use this for multiple clients, all for one pretty low fee, to stimulate conversations and pitch for value added work

Takes a fair bit to set up to make it bespoke, but the customer support is excellent and they will work with you until you are happy with it.

Enjoyed the ease of initial setup and seamless deployment for most reports.

Wishes to have more customization in certain reports.

How easy the product is to use and the pricing

I would like to see the drafting of Annual Financial Statements improved so we can have all the reporting elements in one system from management accounts to the final AFS

Easy to navigate the app, very affordable price for a top quality software.

There aren't any features that I dislike about the software so far.
