We were attempting to solve a few problems at once and thought we had the key with Dropbox Business; realizing some of its limitations, we felt that - especially for the price - another platform was the better option for us.
Pros
Initially, Dropbox Business was the answer for us in terms of establishing file management and cloud storage systems for our team, but...
Cons
...later we discovered that it lacked substantially in the area of collaboration and version / revision control.

Pros
Ease of Managing Documents, create folders as and when needed, access to team members, realtime time document and saving by multiple users
Cons
Online version is slow in terms of speed to access and if two users are simultaneously using the document, it should prioritize the privilege to save the changes by way of notification to the other user instead of saving a conflicted copy

Recommendations to others considering Dropbox Business
Great tool infact. Managing files is very easy using this software. It helps managing backups and pictures as well as important documents. Sharing feature works great too.
It was easy to grant permissions to some files whilst keeping the others invisible and safe.
Pros
The new search functions are great for quickly finding files no matter where they are within your folders, and the collaboration tools are well implemented.
Cons
Design-wise, the interface could use a revamp, although this is a matter of personal preference.

Great for simple drop and go repository and basic organisation, but you have to spend the money if you want to ensure you can find a document quickly again, without sifting through the thousands of documents it returns on a search.
Pros
East to drag and drop, create folders, scan directly to the Dropbox.

Pros
Advance sharing permission which allow the protect file with password and option like link expiry.
Cons
Dropbox business should enhance the user interface for network control to manage the team access as it needs a lot to dig at the time of auditing the tiered administration.

So Dropbox is a total game changer--simply put, if it weren't for Dropbox, I'd be way more tied to my desk, way more stressed about the safety of my data, and would lose hours of time every year to saving/tracking/recovering old versions. There are a couple things that frustrate me from time to time (see above), but overall it's a phenomenal product and in my experience the best of the various file-management-in-the-cloud products.
Pros
So, I guess what I like most is: high level of data security, ease of synchronizing across platforms, automatic versioning, relative ease of sharing documents with clients and collaborators.
Cons
I do wish the web interface was easier to navigate--same for versioning and collaboration. I usually access my company's Dropbox directly from my Mac's file system, and don't do a ton of collaboration, so it's normally a non-issue--but yeah, the web interface takes some getting used to.
