I have been with Dropbox for over 3 years and will continue to use the software. I believe it's crucial to carry heavy files in a web page without crashing. Something that you don't realize is extremely important to a storage software.
Where can I begin, except for the fact that Dropbox has a powerful engine? From my experience, I am impressed by the energy this software has. I work in media production, so capacity and performance are primary factors in how we store content. Dropbox sees to it that our heaviest files are taken care of. I often transfer computer animations as well, which requires a lofty amount of memory to carry certain files. With that, this software is able to store and load the pages that contain each modeled/rigged subject with ease.
I would only suggest that the import/export functions were at more of an ease in terms of loading. They often require additional steps to just get a file through. Anything as simple as import to browse would fulfill my only concern.

In our office, I use Dropbox Business to keep all of our documents in one location for our entire team. It's instrumental because we have records shared around the organization and files that are only used by my team. It's effortless to make a folder, upload it, and share it with others. It's also much more stable than other platforms when it comes to keeping track of sensitive data.
I like that it is straightforward to build a folder and share it with multiple people at once. It's also convenient to have all this set up from my own Control Panel files on my phone, so I can simply drag and drop files from my stored folders and transfer them into a Dropbox database. My organization is now using Dropbox, and the business account provides us with enough storage to hold all of our documents in one safe location.
It's not as complicated as Google Drive or any other online storage systems, but Dropbox Business doesn't have any of the same functionality, but it gets the job done. When there are so many people sharing stuff across channels, it becomes cluttered.

Not very pleasant. Highly annoying. You cannot get support staff on the line to walk you through.
I went onto Dropbox about 6 years ago when we required our documents to be stored in the cloud and teams could collaborate by accessing documents to work on. It works fine if you are just working on selected documents as they you can store what is only required and access them without any complications.
After I commenced using this software, I thought it would be a good idea to "replicate" my hard drive on my desktop computer into Dropbox in the cloud. This is where the challenge came in. I would have expected a mirror image of my desktop computer. However, I had to recreate directories and then upload my documents, which took forever. Dropbox speed is extremely slow although I have a very fast...

We have had a great overall experience with Dropbox Business. It has allowed us to securely store and access our documents, while keeping our team in sync.
Dropbox Business is an incredibly intuitive and user-friendly platform that has been a great asset to our business. We have been able to store and access important documents securely, while being able to collaborate in real time with our team members.
Although the platform is great, the pricing is a bit steep for small businesses and quality of the customer service should be improved.

I've been using Dropbox for a long time, and I still think it dominates the cloud market. Due to its constant addition of useful features, Dropbox has been able to keep up with its rivals. However, I believe the business could do better in terms of privacy, such as by implementing Zero Knowledge encryption.
Dropbox is the best software available for quickly backing up essential records and sharing information. Dropbox is amazing for making backups of documents from anywhere thanks to its strong support for mobile devices like phones and tablets. It offers a lightweight design and an intuitive user interface for exploring your organisers. Through Dropbox, you may quickly share any document inside to anyone. Any document sent to your capacity can be viewed online, which is advantageous if your web accessibility is erratic. Dropbox collaboration is quite effective since you can work directly on the platform without shifting the file to a detached medium like your phone or computer. Instead of overwriting records, Dropbox creates
I believe separate levels of authority should be assigned to each device that has been synchronised to a single account for security reasons. There have been a few instances of stolen and lost mobile devices with synchronised Dropbox accounts. Mobile devices have limited control, whereas personal PCs, which are less likely to be misplaced, can access the entire spectrum of control.

Overall, Dropbox is a solid cloud storage service that offers an easy-to-use interface, collaboration features, and strong security
Easy to use interface: Dropbox has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to upload, access, and share files with others.
Limited storage space: Dropbox offers limited storage space for free accounts, and users must pay for additional storage if they need more space.

Dropbox does what it is designed to do - securely store documents. I wish it offered encrypted email and better sharing features for my clients who don't have dropbox.
Dropbox makes it easy to understand how to use the software, sync specific folders to your computer, perform Admin duties, use Paper, etc.
I believe Dropbox is secure. I've never had any issues, but Dropbox has a reputation of not being secure with several people I've worked with in the Accounting industry. I don't know where this reputation comes from, but it makes it difficult for me to share documents when my peers don't trust the software.

The dropbox business is valuable tool if you are looking to enhance your internal capability of storing data on a third-party cloud. It has helped to operate data from outside source without worrying about data lose due to system collapse. The features are overwhelming and help users in seperate ways. The product stands out among other for delivering superior experience in data management.
The security features are the best features for Dropbox business. You can make sure the file is well encrypted and can be shared through a secured channel like a link with others. The drag and drop function is effective when transferring large volume of documents to the cloud. Very easily accessible through remote locations and team collaboration features are easy to use. Version control by saving older version of file is a effective feature.
Sync and integration issues require most attention from the customer support team. Syncing with local directory is always a problem as it becomes challenging to auto upload files to the system. Sharing file outside of the organization is troublesome as excess control becomes a big issue. Document searching is also another issue which is hard to address.

As a photographer it did not work for me. I think it would be okay for a business that did not need to store a large volume of large files. I did use it for several months and during that time I was able to run my business with success, however I did not find any extra benefits from using Dropbox Business vs other cloud storage.
I like the compatibility with other software that I've used for a long time, I like the security aspect, dropbox business allows two factor authentication, single sign on, remote device wipe ( I already had to use that once, so glad I had it ) Long term file recovery is great to have. Syncing files is fast across all devices, it's almost instant. Smart sync saves even more time. I like the ability to organize files and folders in a way that works for me.
Large files can be slow on upload or download. I wish the storage space given for the price was larger. It would be nice to have built in editing tools.

My overall experience is one that I would continue to use this application and recommend it. It's simple seamless and cost-effective
I've used this application for over five years and found that it's easy to use, and the company has improved it; keep it expensive, and allows the user to use it still easily.
Not many cons with this application, the new login would probably be the only thing that I've encountered that really didn't work well for me.

My overall experience with Dropbox Business is great. The product is amazing for what it does and it is extremely easy to use even for beginners.
The ability to sync files across multiple computer on any platform and the ability to edit files on the fly without having to download the file to the local drive.
Syncing files can take quite a long time on a new computer that just had the desktop client installed.

User-friendly and easy to manage files
The pricing plans are reasonable and it allows me to keep high-res (large docs) organized for three major companies with an endless amount of brand assets. It is accessible anywhere with internet - allowing me to work from office, at home, or on-the go (plane, out-of-country-etc.).
I have not come across any cons to their software as of yet. I have been using it for 2+ years without ever having to contact support or come across any glitches. I would not mind a promo code or discount on a pricing plan though lol.

Overall super happy. It's easy to setup and use and after installing, it just downloads everything automatically. I love how confident I can be just dropping an item into a folder and knowing it will be backed up, or queued for sync when back online
The thing I love most is that this is software that lives on your computer, as opposed to only in the cloud. I know that when I drop something into my folder, it will be available to all others on our team.
The storage space is quite limited. We use Dropbox for active storage, for files that we know are going to frequently change or that we need local access to quickly. However for archiving old material Dropbox can get very expensive

Very happy overall The distributed storage framework helps an incredible arrangement for our group to make successive reinforcements of ventures and administrations so we don't unintentionally lose them. As they're open on any gadget, it makes sharing advantageous. My group and I team up involving Dropbox in the ongoing work from home circumstance, where the apparatuses permit record creation and calculation...
There could be no more excellent programming for rapidly backing up fundamental records and sharing information than Dropbox. With solid help for versatile gadgets, for example, telephones and tablets, Dropbox is astounding for making reinforcements of records from anyplace. It's somewhat lightweight and has a smooth UI to explore your organizers. You can rapidly share any record inside as far as possible...
The default amount of space is relatively low for business uses, but for smaller teams, it's more than capable.

Excellent! Their customer support is very helpful, too. I don't have many issues that I need support because the product is superb, but on the few occasions that I did need help, their support team was able to teach me what to do in minutes. Dropbox software was never the issue. The issue was me learning how to use the software to do what I needed it to do.
HIPAA security and automatically backed up security of documents with easy access so I have peace of mind that no matter what happens to my laptop hard drive, I won't lose important information because I can access it in the cloud.
There is a little bit of a learning curve in how to select files to save only in Dropbox vs in both Dropbox and your laptop.

It's super easy to use. Because it just appears like another folder on your computer, it's seamless. The online version pairs well with it, giving access to previous versions, the ability to restore deleted files (priceless!), and a relatively granular ability to share files and folders with pretty much anyone. The best thing overall is just knowing that all my files are safely backed up in the cloud. If anything goes wrong with my computer, I can sync up dropbox on another computer and be ready to go.
I have worked at two different companies where huge chunks of files disappeared from dropbox. In both cases we were told that it was our fault. In both cases it was the users "responsible" were the dropbox admins who weren't even working when it happened. In both cases, after some headaches and freakouts, the files were mostly restored. In the second case, though, not all the files were restored....

For obvious reasons, this is the most well-known cloud storage platform available. It pioneered the category and has been incredibly useful and valuable to many personal users, small businesses and more. Selective Sync is a great feature (when it works properly) which allows users to select only certain files to sync to their device from a large folder, rather than the root folders themselves. Team collaboration and the desktop app for Windows and OSX are serviceable, for the most part.
I get headaches when I create the endless laundry list of ways that Dropbox has fallen to the wayside compared to newer offerings like Box and Google Drive. Specifically for medium-sized businesses, I would absolutely NEVER recommend using Dropbox for teams with storage bases larger than ~500GB. Selective Sync rarely works properly, and by default, LAN Sync is enabled in the desktop app. You might...

The core product of Dropbox is rock solid. It's an easy to use, fast, no nonsense online storage and file sharing service. Sharing content with a link is very good and easy to use, plus the option to receive comments on this content is very welcome for many professionals. Shared folders appear in your collaborators respective Dropbox and sync instantly. Nerdy things like delta-updates (meaning that if you change a single word to your file, it only uploads the difference and not the whole file again), LAN syncing (computers in the same local network don't have to download shared folders' content) are not just nice to have, but a core details that push Dropbox over the top.
Lately Dropbox has been trying to nickel and dime Plus users: their new file streaming functionality in reserved only for Pro (their mid tier). Additionally, they have been pushing heavily for either Free or Plus users to upgrade to more costly tiers, quite obtrusively. Also, they couldn't issue a business invoice for my Plus account, as this was only possible for Pro account -- although it's clearly...

Cost - There is a free plan available, with no hidden charges leaping out at users at any time. Capacity - Users are given 2 GB of storage capacity. Users have a whole array of free options to increase their storage capacity, including, among others: Invite...
The paid plans are expensive compared to other cloud services. Dropbox is not as effective for collaborative work as rivals such as Google Docs or Microsoft Office 365. If changes are made to an online spreadsheet file, the first person to finish wins and the competing changes are saved to a separate file. Security concerns arise when storing important and sensitive data on Dropbox.

Overall, my experience with Dropbox has been great, it's helped me keep everything organized and secured. It's super helpful for collaborating with my team and it's available on the go, which is a plus for me. I definitely recommend it for other entrepreneurs and creatives, especially those who are always on the move like myself. It worth noting that Dropbox and Box are very similar products, it provide cloud-based file storage and collaboration functionality. The choice of which one to use might come down to personal preference or integration with other tools that are already in use in your organization.
I've been using Dropbox for a minute now, and I gotta say, it's been a lifesaver for my business.Pros:Cloud-based: Dropbox allows me to access my files from anywhere, which is essential for when I'm on the go, killing it at a meeting or just away from the officeSecure: I can share my files with my team and clients without worrying about someone getting access to my private files, the security features...
Limited storage space: The free version only has limited storage, that's not ideal for me, but it's manageable.File transfer speed: uploading and downloading large files can take some time, but it's nothing too big of a deal.

Dropbox also gives a lot of people a lot of options because it comes with both a mobile version and a web version of the same. This means that different people can access the storage platform from any device they might be on.
Dropbox has a simple interface that makes it easy for both the user and anyone who wants to use it for the first time. This makes it easy for both people. Dropbox has made it easy for the users to be able to sync their files across different platforms, which also allows them to access the files from anywhere. If I want to share a file, I can also make multiple copies of the same file so that the file can be seen in different places. In some cases, users may be able to get the file back later. In other storage platforms, the user doesn't have as much freedom as this gives them
At times, the lack of tabs can make it hard to find older versions of files or copies that have been deleted. I have to wait a while for things to download from, upload to, and sync with Dropbox for Business. I often have to wait a long time for your files to show up. The navigation could use a new look to make it easier to find the files you want. The way things are now makes it a little more difficult to find files. It's not that bad, but for what we need, it's a little too much. Because, really, no one needs unlimited cloud storage. People who make Dropbox have the right to use encryption, but only those people have the keys to them. The users can't get private encryption.
