A mobile-first communication app for non-desktop employees
What users mention about Beekeeper See all reviews Beekeeper is a great and fun tool to connect with colleagues, share information, and communicate directly via chat. Beekeeper is easy to install and does not need a lot of explanation. We definitely improved the employee engagement in our company; in addition to that, the customer support is proactive and helpful (which helped a lot during the implementation phase). We've added fun projects to keep engagement on Beekeeper high so that our company continues to use it. It's a great tool for both employee engagement and communication.
Intranet software and collaboration solutions.
What users mention about Communifire See all reviews Pair that with a superb team and you have a software which helps you as a business owner present an incredibly powerful and amazing platform for your users. Their team is very responsive and seems like they actually care about their customers. It's pretty easy to use -- the set up was fairly painless. I like the pagebuilder function, ease of publishing.
Interactive intranet and collaboration hub for business.
What users mention about Jive See all reviews Jive is very friendly to use and it is so easy to use. The customer representatives do a very good job. We were using Truly before and although the call quality was not as consistent, I preferred the interface. Much cleaner and minimal. A lot of the issues with this system may be experienced with most intranet services of its kind, but it's important to keep in mind.
Intranet Software & Digital Workplace Solutions
What users mention about Igloo Software See all reviews The ease of use helps to win buy in from your users. Of our company is up and running with uploads, postings, blogs etc. The app is super simple to use, and integrates our global calendars, events planning tools, and other resources so perfectly for our fast-paced environment. We have tested a few different layouts and found what works best for us. I like how visitors can interact with posts and articles posted.
A single place for team communication and workflows
What users mention about Slack See all reviews As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit. Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it. What users mention about Vanilla Forums See all reviews I recommend Vanilla forums to anybody who wish to launch an online community. Vanilla is simple, stable, and having excellent add-ons compatibility and this is going to exceed your expectations. It was unclear what changes would happen with a recent update, it's been left down to the forum owner to find the weird behaviors (such as filters not working correctly). For our startup in online solution space, I was looking at a stable and easy to manage community solution and I found vanilla as the perfect solution to meet our requirements.
The agile collaboration app for organizational flow.
What users mention about Favro See all reviews What I like most about Favro is that it is intuitive, effective for working together, and also that with its help I can comfortably monitor the status of tasks performed in real time. I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system. I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).
Document management solution for businesses of all sizes
What users mention about Dokmee See all reviews It fits perfect with the SMB, but has the strength and technology that the market requires in document management. I not only recommend Dokmee to my colleagues, but I also use it in my business. It is a great experience and the sense of logic behind it is powerful too, makes DOKMEE a very good asset to any one using it. In a few words, its very easy to implement, use and escalate, the capacity of integration with our products (Kodak Alaris Portfolio) its outstanding.
Cloud based electronic document management
What users mention about eFileCabinet See all reviews Hate the checking in and out of documents and often I get error codes trying to check something back in. I have no doubt it has far more capabilities than I utilize as a small firm. EfileCabinet has saved us great amount of space since we have been able to scan all documents. We are not 100% digital but we have converted a great amount of our documents. I love the fact that we have been able to get rid of a lot of paper in the files and use e-file, which has been so amazing. We can just log in and get any information we need for our clients.
Enterprise Social Network (ESN) to connect and communicate
What users mention about Yammer See all reviews Sometimes gives errors when trying to upload images. The main problem is not these issues themselves, but that they're random and hard to duplicate, making it difficult to find a solution. It's great at what it does, but you really have to want something like this (and you need buy-in from a large contingent of your organization) to reap the benefits. It's great in general, I just do hope that other popular social media platform can be scalable to the enterprise, but I do realize that may add to liability and complications on the content.
A simple and secure way to connect your organization.
What users mention about Workplace by Facebook See all reviews It is super easy to use because almost everybody is familiar with it. Another amazing thing about it is that it has made viewing, selling or buying anything from anyone really easy. The greatest strength of Workplace for Facebook is that it has a familiar UI that makes it easy for anyone to use it. The pricing is really attractive - far cheaper than competing products. It provides a safe room for security, therefore no worry for GDPR regulation. In the case of switching into a paid version of the software, some previous data and accounts of company got lost.
Social Networking and Information Sharing for Enterprises
What users mention about Honey See all reviews Honestly, I don't think there is much you can say that is bad about this software, there is no "lag", no unnecessary pop ups or spams, it works well. I love how much time we safe because we do not have to shop sites for the best deal on an item anymore, we just look for what we need and Honey does the rest for us. Honey is amazing and a simple way to save money on purchases.
Enterprise private social network
What users mention about Zoho Connect See all reviews I love the ability to create and assign tasks to different team members. I have integrated a zap to track my social media shares as well in the calendar view and it works amazing. Yammer was by far the app my varied team took to the quickest, but Flock is popular, too.). The free plan which pretty much has everything a small team/business could need, supports up to 25 users. The ability to interact in real time with team members is a great option as well, if someone mentions you inside of the platform you get a notification that is easy to respond too.
Social Intranet Software for SMBs & large firms.
Collaboration & content management platform
What users mention about SharePoint See all reviews Worst thing I see and it is more of a user problem than software problem, is that people can name files whatever they want and it can get dificult to find files. This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document. Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.
Collaboration tool for small business teams
Modern, mobile-friendly engagement hub for your community.
Enterprise social networking & collaboration software
Enterprise social networking tool
Partner (PRM), Customer and Employee Communities
What users mention about Magentrix Communities See all reviews The integration with SFDC is amazing. I am so glad that we found Magentrix for our Support and Partner portals. Excellent alternative to Salesforce communities if you are looking for rapid deployment and ability to customize on a budget. Great for small-med businesses. Magentrix is feature rich, has a beautiful interface, and the customer support is TOP NOTCH.
Create your own social network
What users mention about SocialEngine See all reviews It is very easy to edit and manage and best of all is the third party developers such as socialnetworking.solutions which offer great plugins and their support is always a text away. SE is a great foundation to build your dream upon, especially with such great devs as I mentioned above, such as SocialEngineAddons which is also the primary source for support. I have added all of them to my website and it's like WOW. SEAO is always developing NEW plugins to help your Social Engine Platform stay competitive with the "BIG BOYS" out there.
Enterprise social networking platform providing social intranet for your team
Chat-based workspace in Office 365
What users mention about Microsoft Teams See all reviews I have loved it from the moment my work started using it and all the staff I work with love it. It’s so easy to work with and wonderful. Love that I have all the office programs I'm used to plus more and they are always up to date. Outlook especially is my favourite as it is such a clean easy to use mail system. Seldom have I got confused while being on call because the voice/audio just on the other end just slows down and create confusion in the meeting or conference that leads to poor audible experience.
Simple. Smart. Real Time Collaboration.
Award-winning employee communications app. (Enterprise only)
Succeed with your Business Processes.
What users mention about Gluu.biz See all reviews Drawing the lines between activities initially irritated me, because I accidentally made "kinks" in them the whole time, but I am used to them now. I can highly recommend it to anyone that want to succeed with their process work. If it is entered in GLUU, chances are that you are going to find it when searching for it. This is the most important trait in my opinion.
The Customer-First Knowledge Management Platform
Cloud-based document management software
What users mention about Content Central See all reviews This one fit our needs perfectly because of its compatibility with our accounting software Great Plains, it is user-friendly and has workflow approval features that we were looking for. Don't buy a system until you have spent some time reviewing this solution. Good price - good company - easy to use. I have even contacted sales to start my support request because I can always reach them. Once support contacts me, however, they are wonderful and always fix any issues I am having.
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
Real-Time Team Collaboration & Project Management Software
What users mention about Samepage See all reviews What I like about this software, is its flexibility in sharing task information to the team (members of the group). The ease in listing time and date of activities is very easy and user friendly. I contacted customer service and they gave me a fabulous deal for my non profit. It is nice to see that some companies are still helping small businesses. Very polished looking interface, with clean & sharp icons. The ability to have conversations, share files, and modify one file for updates to the team is great online.
A Modern Digital Workplace to keep remote teams connected.
What users mention about OnSemble See all reviews Now, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on things. If I had more time, or had things not been so jumbled when I took it over, I think our portal would look even better than it does now. I love the support we receive from them, especially all of the webinars and trainings. It really helps bridge the gap between where our portal is today and where we want it to be. Minimal training time - OnSemble is very easy for staff to adapt to. The built-in modules are amazing and help with pretty much any need we've had with our Intranet.
The People Engagement® platform.
What users mention about Jostle See all reviews Its so easy to launch and train co-workers. Visually pleasant to navigate and helps create a fun corporate cultural with its social media-based style. One of the best parts i would say is the people sections, it is nice cause it allows you see everyone from your company and this is nice when you have several offices like i do. Easy to use and setup with good support from the on-boarding team and regular catch-ups over the time period. The library is a great tool with good security and functionality.
Mobile-first employee communication for large organizations
Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about monday.com See all reviews The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean. The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration. Monday.com is a great tool in my experience for smaller teams who need a robust solution to help with project alignment and goal setting.
Social intranet software platform
What users mention about Noodle See all reviews Love the software and especially happy with the Customer Support team who helped to customize a solution for our team. Embeddable code capabilities in certain posts - helps to display unique content and certain web apps, this was another thing that was important to me. Some formatting lost when copy/pasting from other applications.
Employee app & portal for remote teams
What users mention about Blink See all reviews Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together. As a team Blink are brilliant. They are extremely proactive in all aspects of our relationship, from concept stage through to BAU. We are optimistic about this product, far less buggy than our last in house comm tool. Hopefully they can get notifications improved and I think everything will be groovy at that point.
Create, organize, and discuss work with your team
What users mention about Atlassian Confluence See all reviews I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.
Intranet & communications platform for digital workplaces
Docs, tasks, & spreadsheet collaboration with built-in chat
What users mention about Quip See all reviews The employees at the company provide excellent recommendations, feedback and guidance. Awesome communication between users who are collaborating on the document, project or event. Beautiful UI design and user friendly. Import export functionalities are really good. When commenting on spreadsheets, you can annotate cell by cell which is something helpful especially if you are reviewing spreadsheets with a lot of information. File management is a charm.
Knowledge sharing & insights platform
What users mention about Bloomfire See all reviews The first thing you see when logging is most recent or popular assets and it doesn't allow you to quickly to go what you're looking for unless you type in search the name of the asset. Another positive thing is that it very easy to embed pages, links, pictures and multimedia. I can quickly compose articles that look nice and are useful. Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links.
Project and task management tool
What users mention about Notion See all reviews Also, I love all the prebuilt templates available in the gallery and it's easy to duplicate a template someone else created. It is so intuitive to get started and their documentation is great. Ve watched the app grow in features and stability over the past 12 months and it is very promising but it is not my primary note-taking app. The lack off offline mode is the biggest hindrance for me. I love the product, and love taking inspiration from other people who are using the product. There a many open source templates that you can use and organize your life on top of them.
Manage your projects from start to finish with Wrike
What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
Project Management & Time Tracking For Teams Of Any Size.
What users mention about ProWorkflow See all reviews A solid software for small ad or creative agencies that need to track projects. Easy to learn and has some good capabilities for tracking time against budget. Task Templates are a lifesaver. It is simple enough not to take up all your time but powerful enough to ensure all your information is stored and easily accessable. Offers a lot of useful and powerful functionality for managing projects including file sharing, notifications and time sheets. Love the built in messaging tool, really useful.
All-in-one product management platform & roadmap tool
What users mention about productboard See all reviews Excellent community including a slack channel with helpful tips, articles etc. Portal is an excellent idea and great for engaging users and displaying the roadmap to prospective enterprise customers. The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great. It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Communication and collaboration platform for teams
What users mention about Flock See all reviews One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication. Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes. Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.
Intranet & collaboration platform
Secure document collaboration & project management
What users mention about Huddle See all reviews I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure. It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well. Once we got it up and running the improvements we saw in our teamwork was clear. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you are on the market for something like this.
Cloud-based community platform for branded communities
What users mention about Tribe See all reviews We had an outstanding experience overall (perhaps my top three in SaaS space). D recommend Tribe in a heartbeat to anyone wishing to boost user engagement and retention. Tribe is always helpful every time we have a support request or even just a question on how to best utilize the platform. And the rapid responses are awesome. The ability to create beautiful, minimalistic and content-driven communitites is outstanding. Our staff can now share and cooperate in a very easy and motivating way.
All-in-one community management and engagement platform
What users mention about Hivebrite See all reviews The possibility to integrate external content is amazing as this allow me to bring huge value to my community. One of the best features about this platform is that events, and news can be made public and used for marketing purposes. Also the built-in newsletter tool is a big advantage of this software. Throughout implementation we have been in close contact with both the management and the development teams and have felt effectively supported.
Social, collaborative intranet software for organizations
What users mention about ThoughtFarmer See all reviews In a nut shell, ThoughtFarmer is super easy to use, fulfills all our requirements for what an Intranet should be and looks great. We have a lot of options to set-up information to share company wide. It has been very effective in helping streamline procedures and helping keep everyone connected. Great setup and onboarding experience with their professional services team. Their support staff is stellar, fast and caring for your needs.
Collaborative whiteboarding platform
What users mention about Miro See all reviews We work with remote team in Barcelona and Warsaw and we have successfully been having workshops/brainstorming sessions with Miro, which makes it fun and efficient. I had an initial love affair with Realtimeboard and had a subscription since 2016/17. Growth and then VC funding last year together with the re-branding debacle are forcing me to re-think that love. We use this in our sprint meetings and it is very easy to navigate. Best thing I like about this is the ability to add media directly to the board.
The All in One Digital Workplace, Intranet & Portal
Online Enterprise Work Management Software
What users mention about Workfront See all reviews Unable to customize email notifications, no analytics (as of yet), unable to customize/provide validation in our custom forms. The reporting capabilities is terrific, very robust, and most importantly, easy to use. It has everything we need, and even things we didn't know we needed. All of their support reps have been friendly and helpful. Onboarding was a bit of a process, but once we got it up and running it's been great. What users mention about ActiveCollab See all reviews I really like the ability to track time, tasks and progress all in one tool. And the speed in which I can spin up a new project is pretty great. It is a valuable software, which really helps its users on a daily basis and is very flexible in its operation. We greatly appreciate his progress and are reassured about his future. Second, ActiveCollab had awesome customer service when I had any issues or questions. This was a big plus because I then knew I was in good hands.
Project management and collaboration tools
What users mention about Easy Projects See all reviews It greatly improves our ability to see the health of every project on the floor from any office. EP's commitment to helping and listening to their customers has also been a great asset. We were satisfied and up untill now are happy to have such an easy in-use and simple tool. Special thanks to a Support Team that is promptly reacting to any of our requests. Easy Projects is so incredibly easy to use and the company really loves feedback on how to improve. That is something I can appreciate as my company strives for continuous improvement.
Award-Winning Project Management Software
What users mention about ProjectManager.com See all reviews We missed the deadline for canceling the product and were charged the full monthly rate, with only a few days past deadline. When contacted the provider wouldn't even consider cancelling the charge. The interface is very user friendly and clean. It contains the right amount of information needed to ensure successful project management. I really love this software, it helps a lot in terms of reporting and updating of my tasks. Easy to use and very effective in planning.
AI-enabled collaboration & communication management solution
What users mention about Wimi See all reviews Wimi is simply not one of these tools that I am looking for. I appreciate the effort, I like web browser like conceptualizations but I had the feeling that too many things have been squeezed in there. It's a perfect solution to manage projetcs and share quickely informations with members of your team. I extremely recommend WIMI for people who have projects to do. We can share all the details at a common shares location. Wimi is the best tool of the 2017 that I have used and still using in 2018.
A visual collaborative platform for your great projects
What users mention about Quire See all reviews Having a hierarchy structure in a to do list is brilliant and have been missing from all the big companies. Beautiful design, elegant with the enough color and shapes to make it perfect. I also love how I am able to customize each tag and I love how the overview option shows each of the projects/tasks that I am working on. The diagram breaks it all down and I can see each one clearly. The simplicity and elegance of this program is amazing. The key to a great project is organization, and this app is perfectly tailored to the needs of any business with projects to complete.
Productivity suite for freelancers & SMBs
What users mention about todo.vu See all reviews Vu is great when managing very small amount of project and tasks. The pricing is good, and have a free option to try out before use. It's clean, intuitive, and easy to use. The built in timer is far and away the best one we've used as a company. The UI and ease of use for this software is amazing.
Collaborative task management platform
What users mention about Azendoo See all reviews It is easy to use and there are tons of great integrations with other fantastic tools like Evernote. If you lead people and need an affordable tool for you and your team, check out Azendoo. The platform is super simple to use and easy on the eyes. It's perfect for freelancers who don't want to spend a ton of money each month for similar platforms. We've gone from Trello to it because it allows more flexibility and a better management. The customer team is also great, ask for a new feature, if it's a good idea they add it.
Timesheets & Project Management Software
What users mention about FunctionFox See all reviews This product allows you to modify anything to make it more like your own personal workflow, my sales rep was awesome. She was so through and patient with me, when teaching me the system. We really had bad experiences with project management software that tried to do everything and connect to everything. All that does is make adopting it difficult because their are too many features. Function Fox is a great program for helping you track hours and tasks. Also, the customer service team is very responsive and very helping in answering any questions I have had over the years.
Visual collaboration tool for shared project perspectives
What users mention about Trello See all reviews Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties. Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.
Intranet platform for SharePoint & Office 365
Secure enterprise file sharing made easy.
Powerful enablement for your sales and marketing teams
What users mention about Seismic See all reviews Seismic has been a great tool for our organization and it has been a great experience while our company works on transferring our content from an older site on to this one. Great experience with Seismic so far, our teams are really enjoying the additional features when it comes to finding and sending out content to prospects and clients. We love having a single source of truth for all our Marketing materials and we love being able to easily update our LiveDocs with one single data source.

An excellent and easy to use software platform for clear communication to the business.
Team workflow, SOP and recurring process management platform
What users mention about Process Street See all reviews The worst part is the cancelation procedure which is q manual "request to cancel" and appears to be ignored. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.

Automation software for all Professional Service Businesses
What users mention about Accelo See all reviews The Idea of Task Board is really nice and this is a very good tool for monitoring tasks and keep them in mind. Mentioning about their blog is good for creating loyalty. We have a lot of different tools and this interrogates with most of them. For those that doesn't the API has been a fantastic solution to get our processes working. Love the product as it allows to manage customers, projects, contracts, finances and time management in the same application. Great list of features in each of this areas to manage them.
Project & workflow management for the creative industry
What users mention about Workamajig See all reviews Workamajig is overall a good, solid program to use for our marketing department needs. It's easy to create and resolve tasks, organize your schedule, and get overviews of projects and campaigns. The newer features that allow me to drill down into more information, or click on a link to take me to a new screen is turning out to be super helpful to solve issues. The project management piece is excellent if utilized to its full potential. The ability to customize your color scheme is also pretty nice.

The next generation of professional services automation.
What users mention about HarmonyPSA See all reviews The combination of Salesforce and ServiceMax was such a bad fit for us. Many of our processes had to be done outside of the system and we were losing valuable information. Harmony is a fully featured, and incredibly well supported PSA software. Our platform team had spent countless hours investigating the best possible solution for our unique requirements. I must have spent countless days looking for the "right" PSA tool and I just kept coming back to Harmony, I love it. Happy to share my experience with anybody thinking about a new PSA.
Internal Communications Tools that Get Employee Attention
Project Management, Resource Planning, & PSA software
What users mention about Mavenlink See all reviews My overall impression is that it was a very good tool. My company only used it for timekeeping pretty much at the time, and was just beginning to understand the usefulness of this software. Our team is so happy to have made the switch to Mavenlink. The sales and support team have been outstanding. Our client success manager Jacquie Smith always makes sure the Weejee team have a great experience. The customer service is great and very responsive.
Online meeting software with HD video conferencing
What users mention about GoToMeeting See all reviews With how easily it is to set up an event for the presenter, the attendee "ease of use" is also excellent and makes it more appealing to joining the meeting. I do love this platform for ease of use. I espeically love that I can setup a meeting quickly to provide tech support or host an impromptu meeting. I have had colleagues that were unable to attend class due to illness and this made it possible for them to call into class, listen to the lecture/discussion, and chime in.
Collaborative task & project management software
Collaborative project management with built-in chat
What users mention about Taskworld See all reviews Its a great product with a rich set of features. Taskworld helps us to get good feedback's from our clients as we can effectively manage our projects. Recently there was a mistake in connection with the error. And sometimes, it slows down, causing inconvenience to the user. We hope you will continue to improve Taskworld, we really think you have a very very powerful solution (maybe a little overpriced compared to other solutions, but it still worth it!).

Work management solution for teams & enterprises
Agile, No-code Business Application Platform
What users mention about Kintone See all reviews It scales down to our needs. It is easy to use and set up and technical support so far has been fantastic - both friendly and very helpful. Mot databases are pretty much the same when using it on a small scale so I went with the fantastic client service and the affordable price point for our little non-profit food shelf. Basic user still designing processes and workflows to enter into Kintone. Excited about what else it may be able to help us with and expand to other departments.

What users mention about Backlog See all reviews It is wonderful the system of assignment of tasks and notifications that allows to always take the project to the day and with the priorities to solve. It is a designer and programmer friendly tool where it's easy to collaborate without any noticeable hassles. I liked the inclusion of the Wiki as well, and I like the tiered subscription model they use, making it easy to find a level of feature availability that suites your team's needs.
Collaboration and task management tool
What users mention about MeisterTask See all reviews It is very easy to use, it is wonderful that I can share this with my collegues and we can all see what each other is working on and for how long. I had problems with having a overview about the tasks in my team. Now we can shortly assign the tasks and nothing gets lost in the chain. I like how is designed and i like the user friendly interface. I recommend this app for everyday use and i like how the pro user features are easy to found and use.
Powerful project management and collaboration platform.
What users mention about Hive See all reviews The ability to provide reviews in app and establish approval flows is awesome. Additionally, the template design is robust and allows you to quickly form a project plan. I am enjoying my time with Hive so far, very efficient and easy to use. Always updating their features, which is fun to learn about and implement into my work. My writers love how clear and concise their workload is presented each day. The ability to change and insert new assignments or move them around is also great.
Cloud-based organization & collaboration tool
What users mention about Airtable See all reviews A great web solution that helps you make beautiful sheets without the hassles of excel. The UI is what people first comment on when I invite them to our shared set of bases--either "it looks great" or "this is easy" or something like that. I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
An online work execution platform for any size organization.
What users mention about Smartsheet See all reviews We are able to increase our work agility during our software implementation projects while using this excellent software. Great integrations with other systems. I love how easy it is to use, how visually attractive it is to the eye. Our Plant Manager wants to make things easier for everyone to see how well we are doing overall, this would help. I have used Smartsheet for 8 years and have been pleased with the way it has improved and developed, and when new useful features come out users are well informed.
Project and work management for teams of all sizes.
What users mention about Asana See all reviews Using the free version currently and the free version is good enough for my management. I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
Project & Issue Tracking Software - See why we're #1!
What users mention about JIRA See all reviews I like the ease of viewing all the issues on one dashboard that eased delegating tasks to lower management and proved to be a wonderful tool for project management. I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere. For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.
Crowdsourced Innovation Management
What users mention about IdeaScale See all reviews Consequently, you would think that I wouldn't be impressed by IdeaScale's offerings, but I was in for a very pleasant experience. This tool is fantastic for fostering internal and external innovation. I think that the top down innovation model is outmoded and Ideascale is the best way to shatter it. IdeaScale meets all my agency needs in fostering a culture of innovation. We enjoy the ease of use, features, and the wonderful customer service. What users mention about Shelf See all reviews It was a wonderful experience implementing Shelf. The project won the Partnership and Collaboration Award 2018 with Ontario's Economic Development Council. Support team has been a genuine pleasure to work with. I have appreciated their helpfulness and care from initial contact, through the sales process, and now as a customer of several months. Shelf is intuitive, easy to use, and extremely powerful. I appreciate the ease with which I can manage content; both creating new items, and managing current content.
The modern employee intranet
What users mention about Simpplr See all reviews Simpplr is an awesome tool, easy to use, user friendly, modern layout but most importantly fast and reliable. Their customer service is fantastic too. Does not work if the internet is down, and we still have problems that have not been worked out by the company. I love that it’s built on the trusted platform of SalesForce. It makes it easy to administer as I am already familiar with SFDC and the app management is very user friendly.
