Document management solution for businesses of all sizes
What users mention about Dokmee See all reviews It fits perfect with the SMB, but has the strength and technology that the market requires in document management. I not only recommend Dokmee to my colleagues, but I also use it in my business. It is a great experience and the sense of logic behind it is powerful too, makes DOKMEE a very good asset to any one using it. In a few words, its very easy to implement, use and escalate, the capacity of integration with our products (Kodak Alaris Portfolio) its outstanding.
Secure enterprise file sharing made easy.
Cloud based electronic document management
What users mention about eFileCabinet See all reviews Hate the checking in and out of documents and often I get error codes trying to check something back in. I have no doubt it has far more capabilities than I utilize as a small firm. EfileCabinet has saved us great amount of space since we have been able to scan all documents. We are not 100% digital but we have converted a great amount of our documents. I love the fact that we have been able to get rid of a lot of paper in the files and use e-file, which has been so amazing. We can just log in and get any information we need for our clients.
Enterprise file sharing & content governance
What users mention about Egnyte See all reviews Favorite aspect is the ability to share files and be notified when and where they are opened from. It's also nice to have version history for files. Egnyte does a great job for online secure document storage. With tight hierarchal permissions, it's a great option for remote companies who don't have local offices to secure sensitive documents. So far, very satisfied with it. Great for remote/distributed teams, good value for the money vs the mainstays like Dropbox and Box.
Cloud-based document management software
What users mention about Content Central See all reviews This one fit our needs perfectly because of its compatibility with our accounting software Great Plains, it is user-friendly and has workflow approval features that we were looking for. Don't buy a system until you have spent some time reviewing this solution. Good price - good company - easy to use. I have even contacted sales to start my support request because I can always reach them. Once support contacts me, however, they are wonderful and always fix any issues I am having.
Create, capture & access everyday notes on mobile devices
What users mention about Evernote See all reviews Intuitive document organisation, just like you would organise tangible documents, big kudos to the product design team. Great ease of use, even for first-time users. I love everything about this app. I use it on my laptop and have the accompanying app, and the information is synced immediately - making it super easy to track anything and everything. Sometimes I can get lost in the endless categories and subcategories that are possible to make. And notes can sometimes hard to distinguish from each other.
Secure Content and File Sharing. Free Cloud Storage.
What users mention about Box See all reviews We have really improved our working while using this tool because it allows us to save time and money while we can extract most of the benefits from this tool in a reliable way. Box is a super reliable secure way to go paperless. It makes collaboration and sharing documents super easy. Absolutely great it's almost like the corporate Dropbox. Much more secure and extremely user friendly and customisable based on your needs.
File syncing, storage & sharing platform
What users mention about Dropbox Business See all reviews Extremely poor customer support, lack of empathy and flexibility. Refusal to settle disputes equitably. Been a great tool for my band to use and allows us to all stay on task and connected and moving forward been an amazing experience and easy to use. Dropbox is a very good tool to have and there are other products available at a much affordable price. I think it can be improved further and made more affordable in data storage packages.
Online Document Management
What users mention about Zoho Docs See all reviews It helps you in excellent work creation and you can make it in any sort of required format. It can help you in creating good stuff and help you in making best thing possible. Zoho Docs is easy to use, robust, online, and free for up to three users. It offers a feature rich platform not found on platforms that are entirely free. This Office Suite offers a great alternative to the mainstream productivity applications available at a much higher price. Great for a small business just getting started.
Secure cloud storage with multiple cloud account connections
Cloud storage and backup for files, photos, docs, and more
What users mention about Google Drive See all reviews Super helpful and helps you organize your files. I think living in today's world its important to have everything saved on a cloud, preferably more than one just incase anything happens to the other. I find it great to be able to access your documents anywhere you are, and it's easy to share documents that can be edited live. I also enjoy the fact that you can see who is logged in at each time. What I like most about Google Drive is that works seamlessly in Gmail, on my phone, off and online. It is fast, responsive, is super secure, anyone can see docs you share, and it's low price.
Secure file sharing and sync
What users mention about ShareFile See all reviews Easy to use and has several add-ins that all seem to work great. Customer support is easy to contact, helpful and speak good english. We appreciate the ability to quickly and securely share files. Good accountability and super reliable, but a bit pricey. The desktop app seems to work well than when you access it with your PC browser. We have not had any major problems with this tool but poor internet coverage might block you from accessing files.
Multi-device cloud content storage
What users mention about iCloud See all reviews It's inexpensive, easy to use, secure and accessible from anywhere. Just perfect when you have several Apple devices. I really love the simplisity and the integrations that icloud provides. If you have an iphone, mac or any other apple product or several - icloud is a best cloud solution for you. This is a great example of how iOS users are so loyal to their Apple devices. ICloud works great and ensures your entire house is synced up and really makes life a lot easier.
Elegant and secure file sharing for businesses
Secured online Sync and File Sharing
What users mention about Syncplicity See all reviews If you want to share or store your files in a secure way then syncplicity is one of the best options. Very good product for file sharing that helps a lot for working with clients which keeps the history of sharing so can get the records any time that I want. It has limited time to download a file. If you miss the date, file will disappear.

Cloud collaboration and file sharing application suite
What users mention about Microsoft 365 See all reviews I have loved it from the moment my work started using it and all the staff I work with love it. It’s so easy to work with and wonderful. Love that I have all the office programs I'm used to plus more and they are always up to date. Outlook especially is my favourite as it is such a clean easy to use mail system. Seldom have I got confused while being on call because the voice/audio just on the other end just slows down and create confusion in the meeting or conference that leads to poor audible experience.
Video's Most Interactive Platform
What users mention about VidGrid See all reviews The new interactive features are in the beta stage. I have input many questions and there are weird formatting errors once the questions are finalized. I loved the ease of operation. Having used cumbersome systems, I found Ilos very easy to use and so did my students. M afraid new customers may not be so patient. And it depends on how quickly they get this problem fixed whether we will continue a third year.
Cloud collaboration, file storage and online backup system
Store All Your Files In The Cloud
Simple, Safe and Secure Cloud Backup
Share Files & Collaborate on Creative Projects with Hightail
What users mention about Hightail See all reviews Ve been using Hightail since day 1. I am very pleased with the quality and the ease of sending documents to customers that are too large to email. It is difficult to do a search on files having been sent without scrolling down the page. They also used to send out alerts if they had a problem but this has now stopped. Hightail has some really awesome customer service. Other than that, I feel there are other cloud storage and file sharing applications that are more superior.
Digital Asset Management. All together, easier.
What users mention about Image Relay See all reviews Ease of use, intuitive platform, incredible organizational capabilities, and the ability for people inside and outside of our organization to access assets, with or without a login. Image Relay is very intuitive. Love that it easily allows us to make attractive & useful collections to share with constituents (internal and external). We were initially looking for a way to organize our assets internally (which works great) but the sharing features have been a great surprise.
Cloud file sharing, sync and backup from any device
What users mention about SugarSync See all reviews I liked the ease of setting up everything. The online tutorial I found was super helpful and had everything done pretty quickly. The fact that there was a backup online as well as on your machine was nice. Being able to share folders theoretically seems great. We were trying to use it to share files among our remote team but it created way more headache than anything else. It was also a pain to get our accounts cancelled.
Collaboration and file management
What users mention about Microsoft OneNote See all reviews Ve lost entire pages due to syncing issues and the worst part is they have completely removed the functionality to back up your notes locally. Avoid this until/if this issue is fixed. Following are the things i love about the application. Love the support in the application for multimedia. Working within a page is not always intuitive. Text blocks get merged into each other and in order to avoid it you have to create a text block further down the page which can quickly get disorganized.
Internet based backup solution
What users mention about Carbonite See all reviews I love how easy it was to backup my entire PC. I felt very safe and secure knowing all of my files were stored and could be restored if necessary. I have to reboot the server and this usually fixes the problem, but it can be annoying to have to do that. It is so easy to use and gives great peace of mind that my documents are stored. I like how you don't have to do anything but simply let the software run in the background.
Collaboration & content management platform
What users mention about SharePoint See all reviews Worst thing I see and it is more of a user problem than software problem, is that people can name files whatever they want and it can get dificult to find files. This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document. Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.
Powerful Document Automation that creates with one click
What users mention about WebMerge See all reviews I like seeing the maturation of the Platform, and just how helpful the Help section is. To me, very solid foundation and very easy to include in the day-to-day document management process. I love the ease of use once its up and running it save me a lot of time and allows me to produce nice looking documents with the click of the button. Good value with good support. The pricing is very reasonable and the owner is extremely responsive to questions, including in after hours.
Online document creation and editing
What users mention about Google Docs See all reviews There are a couple things I like about Goole Docs. I like that it is 100% free and easy to use, as well as give me the opportunity to collaborate with Others. I absolutely love that I can easily share the documents with anyone from anywhere. It makes collaboration super easy especially with the comment and edit options that are integrated in Google docs. It's the simplicity and the wealth of tools in one place. I can create all kinds of documents, store them in a single location, and collaborate with teams with good version controls.
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
Image upload & storage service
What users mention about Cloudinary See all reviews Good features which can be deployed when required. Good API and widgets available for developers. Overall best experience. Helps me in my project page speed improvement. In my case, I only use it as storage and to share photos of my trips, which is why it is perfect for me.
Digital Asset Management software
What users mention about Filecamp See all reviews This software stand up against the much more complicated sharing platforms in the market. Our clients are very happy about the ease of use and the overview about the drawings being shared. It's simple to organise your assets and distribute them effectively. It's great to offer people the opportunity to download the file size that suits them. It has all features as super expensive options out there. I would have loved to stay with them but my project was FotosDCuba and because of the US Embargo, Cuban photographers cannot access the site.
File storage, management & sharing solution.
What users mention about Bynder See all reviews Easy to manage and tag assets; version control of all assets; easy to share assets out with internal stakeholders, clients and prospects using collections. What I love most about Bynder is just user friendly the interface is. Everything is in the right place, which makes it super simple to figure out on your own, with little to no guidance. Great software with loads of possibilities, customisable options and an excellent customer support service. Definitely a recommendation for companies that depend on high quality images.
All-In-One, Team Communication Platform
What users mention about Noodle See all reviews Love the software and especially happy with the Customer Support team who helped to customize a solution for our team. Embeddable code capabilities in certain posts - helps to display unique content and certain web apps, this was another thing that was important to me. Some formatting lost when copy/pasting from other applications.
Secure document collaboration & project management
What users mention about Huddle See all reviews I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure. It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well. Once we got it up and running the improvements we saw in our teamwork was clear. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you are on the market for something like this.
QMS software for Medical Device startups
Enterprise file sharing, sync & backup solution
What users mention about FileCloud See all reviews I needed a little help from support sorting out the SSL certificate, they were SUPER great to work with. We used to use a different companies' software for this but FileCloud excels in so many different areas. Finally, I love how we can share files with the external world that are to big to email. It's fantastic that you can use this on all your mobile devices. It's time and money saving.
Real-Time Team Collaboration & Project Management Software
What users mention about Samepage See all reviews What I like about this software, is its flexibility in sharing task information to the team (members of the group). The ease in listing time and date of activities is very easy and user friendly. I contacted customer service and they gave me a fabulous deal for my non profit. It is nice to see that some companies are still helping small businesses. Very polished looking interface, with clean & sharp icons. The ability to have conversations, share files, and modify one file for updates to the team is great online.
One place for all digital assets
Smart Cloud Storage For Collaboration and Automation
File analysis, archiving & data management software
Our CDN covers every aspect of your file handling.
Global Workflow for Remote Team Collaboration
Build Smarter Solutions for Today's Content Challenges
What users mention about Nuxeo See all reviews The out-of-the-box functionality for document management is solid and their are some very nice features, like being able to view changes between versions side-by-side. One major complaint from our users is the inability to edit documents from within the repository by launching Office, something you can do with SharePoint and Alfresco. Very easy to manage your digital assets. Lots of option to protect your assets , review and share with required people.
Cloud-based organization & collaboration tool
What users mention about Airtable See all reviews A great web solution that helps you make beautiful sheets without the hassles of excel. The UI is what people first comment on when I invite them to our shared set of bases--either "it looks great" or "this is easy" or something like that. I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.
Discover and Tag Any File From Anywhere
Cloud-based document sharing solution for enterprises
What users mention about CapLinked See all reviews I really loved how easy it was to navigate. This software was very user-friendly and the support staff was always responsive in a timely matter whenever I had questions. I like the 2FA, DRM, and Watermarking features for my users. Great customer support that is very helpful when answering any inquiries. I like the ability to customize the platform and it is cost effective for our company.
Automated cloud-based document collection system for clients
What users mention about FileInvite See all reviews The risk to this is of emails being missed in among the volume of emails we get and the process not operating smoothly. Its fairly simple from the user side and theres lots of tutorials for clients. The price point is great and I love that there is a free version also available. There is room for improvement, and based on where the platform is today, I believe it will continue to improve. Simplifies the document collection or tasking of clients.
A single place for team communication and workflows
What users mention about Slack See all reviews As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit. Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it.
Collaborative whiteboarding platform
What users mention about Miro See all reviews We work with remote team in Barcelona and Warsaw and we have successfully been having workshops/brainstorming sessions with Miro, which makes it fun and efficient. I had an initial love affair with Realtimeboard and had a subscription since 2016/17. Growth and then VC funding last year together with the re-branding debacle are forcing me to re-think that love. We use this in our sprint meetings and it is very easy to navigate. Best thing I like about this is the ability to add media directly to the board. What users mention about Wimi See all reviews Wimi is simply not one of these tools that I am looking for. I appreciate the effort, I like web browser like conceptualizations but I had the feeling that too many things have been squeezed in there. It's a perfect solution to manage projetcs and share quickely informations with members of your team. I extremely recommend WIMI for people who have projects to do. We can share all the details at a common shares location. Wimi is the best tool of the 2017 that I have used and still using in 2018.
Conversation platform for team collaboration & productivity
What users mention about Glip See all reviews The thing that I like most about Glip is that it is super easy to use. I like that you can easily share files and that conversation history stays in the window at all times. Excellent messaging features, including practical things like tagging people, keyboard shortcuts, and inline attachment previews, as well as fun features like GIF's and Memes. I no longer worry if a task is going to be completed on time or forgotten. WIth Glip, we are able to stay organized and communicate more effencently.
A mobile-first communication app for non-desktop employees
What users mention about Beekeeper See all reviews Beekeeper is a great and fun tool to connect with colleagues, share information, and communicate directly via chat. Beekeeper is easy to install and does not need a lot of explanation. We definitely improved the employee engagement in our company; in addition to that, the customer support is proactive and helpful (which helped a lot during the implementation phase). We've added fun projects to keep engagement on Beekeeper high so that our company continues to use it. It's a great tool for both employee engagement and communication.
Communication and collaboration platform for teams
What users mention about Flock See all reviews One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication. Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes. Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.
Simple, secure board of directors software
Virtual Board & Leadership Meeting Software
What users mention about OnBoard See all reviews Our experience with OnBoard has been excellent. From the sales reps. to the account managers to our Implementation Manager - everyone has been very responsive and helpful. It is very easy to use and helps report generators to save time. The admin functionality is extremely user friendly and the product is easy to use for boards of all ages. Overall my experience has been great. After demoing multiple platforms, we chose OnBoard because of the best affordability, it's user-friendly, and the support has been stellar.

Slab is a knowledge hub for the modern workplace.
What users mention about Slab See all reviews Congratulatory thanks messages on your posts are a nice touch that helps you feel as though your docs are actually being used when someone thanks you for them. A sleek and intuitive wiki tool with outstanding search and the best customer support. I was very impressed by Slab team's customer support. They responded quickly to my questions and were very friendly.
Project and task management tool
What users mention about Notion See all reviews Also, I love all the prebuilt templates available in the gallery and it's easy to duplicate a template someone else created. It is so intuitive to get started and their documentation is great. Ve watched the app grow in features and stability over the past 12 months and it is very promising but it is not my primary note-taking app. The lack off offline mode is the biggest hindrance for me. I love the product, and love taking inspiration from other people who are using the product. There a many open source templates that you can use and organize your life on top of them.
A Modern Digital Workplace to keep remote teams connected.
What users mention about OnSemble See all reviews Now, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on things. If I had more time, or had things not been so jumbled when I took it over, I think our portal would look even better than it does now. I love the support we receive from them, especially all of the webinars and trainings. It really helps bridge the gap between where our portal is today and where we want it to be. Minimal training time - OnSemble is very easy for staff to adapt to. The built-in modules are amazing and help with pretty much any need we've had with our Intranet.
Secure virtual data room solution
Manage your projects from start to finish with Wrike
What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
Team workflow, SOP and recurring process management platform
What users mention about Process Street See all reviews The worst part is the cancelation procedure which is q manual "request to cancel" and appears to be ignored. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.
Create, organize, and discuss work with your team
What users mention about Atlassian Confluence See all reviews I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

Once they do get back to you, they usually have the answer you are looking for which is great. This is great for categorizing/classifying many products to allow easy access to information. Easy search feature, great for adding images and excess information in on location. We were having a horrible time trying to keep up with content demand from dozens of retailers all with different systems.

I would recommend ThirdLight to anyone wanting a solid solution without having to pay the price for a TV Studio level solution or server back end. From our point of view the ability to customise the system is important and over the years its increased functionality has only increased and with it our trust in the product. Cloud-based Brand & Marketing Asset Management software
The marketing content management platform for sales
What users mention about Paperflite See all reviews I am a big fan of User Experience (as I help my clients with it) and Paperflite is a product that provides users with a slick UI and seamless user experience and makes it a breeze to use. The benefits are multifold - the most important is knowing how stakeholders engage with the content, depending on which appropriate actions can be taken. The experience has been quite good so far and the team has always been extremely supportive of our needs. D recommend this to any CMO looking for a software that gives a lot of bang for your buck.

It instantly lifts our company into a far more professional light. It is so much more user friendly, with small changes adding up to save me heaps of time over the week. Secure file transfer solution
What users mention about Cerberus FTP Server See all reviews Our overall experience has been very positive. HIPAA compliance was super easy and the users were easy to train on the software. Event Manager -Ease of Use. Superb Service and quick deployment of patches when required. The only negative for me was I found it a little tricky to get the SSL cert installed. That may not be an issue for admins with more knowledge than me, it was just more difficult than IIS.
