I love using and training ffolks in the software. It's robust and generally anyone who feels comfortable using a PC will enjoy it.
Usually gets lost in ticket system hell, and they nickle and dime licenses under "professional services" outside of the paid for service agreement under accruents ownership these days.
EMS has a lot of powerful features and robust reporting. Their customer service is always willing to go the extra mile to help you out.
However, that has dropped off severely in the last year or two.
It is an amazing and very flexible software, easy to train users on it and set up spaces and special use facilities fantastically.
I have not been able to find a way to add comments in the reservation, which can be frustrating for us and the customers that booked the reservation with us.
I enjoyed working with the software. It was easy and did everything that I wanted it to do.
There are a lot of moving pieces all requiring separate installs, and separate updates. I'm not viewing this as a negative, but it does come with the territory.
I am lucky that my designated customer service rep is knowledgeable in EMS, and can quickly guide me through any questions that come up.
The interface is difficult to navigate, and reporting has a steep learning curve. We publish reports to support staff every morning because the interface is too difficult for them to navigate.
This gives the institution great flexibility when deciding which modules are needed for any particular tasks.

We recently joined app space to create digital signage at multiple facilities throughout the city. This has been super helpful and easy.
Some of my team members were complaining on lack of support or follow up.
I like how you can show the same information in several different physical locations and the ease of use.
Some devices show up as "offline" all the time even when they are infact online and working, this can make this confusing at times.
We absolutely love the functionality and backend of their platform.
Some of the templates and creating custom templates is a bit more difficult. It's not to a point where someone with less graphical experience can use the tool.
Supports a wide range of industry standard hardware. Suitable for beginners up to power users.
There are also a lot of minor quirk throughout Appspace that can make it difficult to navigate.
Operational signage plus theming and branding has been helped through Appspace deployment. Far more stable and and easier to navigate than the legacy system it replaced.
We have just seen the tip of the iceberg from being a long-time Marlin customer - looking forward to better usage of Appspace features.

I like that when I offer a space for a potencial custmer i can make changes as i want without waiting for a architect. It is very friendly and easy to use.
It can get stuck occasionaly and needs to be turned off if another user needs it.

It's a great tool for marketing managers, that allows to prepare simulations easily and to produce prints for potential customers.
I dont like the colors and i think it should be less colorful.
I highly recommend both the system and the POC team's service.
After using the POC system for a prolonged time, I have discovered it to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. It is a vital tool for any commercial real estate property.

I don't think there are any features missing as I only really use it for the basic.
It is easy to use, and easy to visualize. Good to have the option to see who is in the office who is on holiday or at home.
Employees report bugs in the system when switching in office days - difficult to edit backwards.
Officely integrated with Slack was a big advantage. It extremely user friendly and time-saving.
A little messy to administer, but there isn't a lot of administration needed so no biggie.
It's a great solution for companies that have moved to hybrid work after the pandemic.
Currently there's no way to reserve meeting rooms in the app, but we know they're currently working on it.
It's also very useful from an ops perspective to have a list of people that have been in the office and to know when the office is more active.
Integrates very well with Slack. Good to see the visibility of the team and everything that they are up to when in the office.
Awesome for space management in a hybrid office.
Integrates with Slack and Google Calander. Good for tracking employess in office days now that we have mandated return to office.

It is great that it is a cloud base system and i can help our customer to setup there system very easy. It is also very stabil and functional.
Hard to find the source of the problem sometime.

I don't like that it's not working on Apple iPad.
No more double bookings of conference rooms, they are very responsive to your questions and updates. Client service is very good.

The product has a lot of great features and provides our end user customers with great value. Resource Central is tightly integrated with Exchange or Office 365 and MS Outlook.
The Resource Central Architecture is robust because the reservation is actually held on the Exchange server, like any other Calendar Appointment/Meeting Invitation.
Resource Central is a great product which integrates extremely well with Exchange and Outlook and looks like it is naturally part of native Outlook.
It tracks "orders" attached to a reservation in SQL, but the most important thing, that so-and-so has this room at this time on this date is handled by Exchange and is therefore very stable.
We have worked with the folks at Add-on Products for several years and have found their sales and support staff very responsive.
You need some knowledge of exchange to create the underlying objects for the rooms, but their engineers are very helpful and patient. Customer support is triple A. Cannot praise them enough.

Extremely impressed and grateful. Right from the start, the Facilities Booking team have been wonderful.
Ok for me but some of my other colleagues face different issues. Plug-in not working and non of the trouble shoot works.
Generous with their time in showing myself and other users how to use the product, going out of their way to help me problem solve and being open to new features.
With limited Meeting rooms they are always on demand by different teams within the organization.
Simplicity and ease of booking from outlook using their plugin.
Advance booking helped in eliminating double booking and we also integrated equipment booking like Projectors, White Boards etc.
