Een voordeel voor sales

Appoint is voor mij de ideale oplossing om mijn agenda structureel up-to-date te houden, waarbij er rekening gehouden wordt met de reeds gemaakte afspraken. Het gebruik van de Appoint agenda is dan ook een aanrader voor iedereen met een drukke agenda die gestructureerd wil werken.

Pros

Als Senior Sales ben ik dagelijks in de weer om potentiële nieuwe partners te benaderen en afspraken in te plannen. In die hoedanigheid is het enorm handig om de agenda van Appoint te kunnen delen met mijn leads, zodat ze zelf een geschikt moment voor hun kunnen inplannen. Zeker de mogelijkheid om de verschillende types te selecteren (virtueel of face to face, korte meetings of langere gesprekken, ...) biedt mogelijkheden om de juiste gesprekken op de juiste momenten in te plannen.

Cons

Ik heb er alleszins nog geen ontdekt. De uitleg bij de implementatie was uitstekend, en voor support kunnen we rekenen op de snelle en vlotte opvolging die Appoint te bieden heeft.

Zeer overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk

Vriendelijk helpdesk, altijd bereikbaar.

Pros

Klanten boeken zelf hun afspraak op het moment voor hun het beste past.Heel gemakkelijk werken door de overzichtelijke opmaak.

Cons

Niet alle functionaliteiten kun je aanpassen via de mobiele app.Dit is niet noodzakelijk maar handig voor in de toekomst.
