Pros and Cons from Lucidspark users

The product is easy to use, very intuitive with the great choice of templates. I would like espeically to point out template for the House of Quality or QFD.
Only annoying thing was having to double-tap a lot of the things to make changes. And to redo the arrows after I'd rearrange the squares.
There is no better way to demonstrate how you can bring value to the most important stakeholders for your business- your amazing customers.
The only issue I found was no in regards to the software. More to do with the password reset option.
I love how easy and user friendly this software is to use, and how the document auto-expands as my thoughts do. I love flowcharts, and LucidSpark has definitely contributed to this love.
The available icons are often too limited and the requirement to upgrade to have access to the broader library seems a little petty.
It's a lot of fun, and easy to rearrange things on the screen. It has different shapes and colors to help differentiate different funnel elements.
If it were less expensive (<$5 per month) I would be more willing to pay for access to unlimited boards and shapes as an individual user.
It's a very simple and easy to use software that helps us gain clarity of the way our business functions.
I think it's very easy to understand, has all of the nice things I like about Lucidchart and I briefly tried to find ways to make it work during my Scrum meetings.
Great customer service and innovative product, especially in a virtual team environment like today.
I like the product a lot. It is a great value for the money and is very easy to use.
Ease of use is the thing that attracted me most about Lucidspark. Brainstorming ideas within the team becomes interactive and interesting.
Extremely great company that is creating simplistic products to help with visualization.
So, far my overall experience is that I like the app and look forward to more implementation on future projects and taking advantage of some of the tech support offered from your team.
The multitude of integrations is also a great help.
Lucidspark helps me achieve this as well as helps me to continue to develop programs, webinars, courses and more for future revenue sources.
Great product with Jira and Microsoft Integrations.

Visio has great Product functionality when compared to other software and also it has a very good & strong user community who we can reach out when in need.
More than once I had to make the same changes to a diagram cause I misplaced or lost an updated version. That is my biggest pain with visio, and is ultimately why I switched to Lucid Chart.
Overall I'm glad to have spent the time to learn it and enjoy using Visio very much. It's been very helpful and useful for my day-to-day responsibilities at work.
Formatting is the biggest challenge, especially when you have large projects it is difficult to view all and you loose track.
This program is awesome for developing organizational chart. I love it because it makes it super easy for you to do it as well.
Using auto-arrange features can result in errors such as wrong diagram arrangement.
It has all the features and functionalities that I need for my job and gives me the ability to get creative with my work. I recommend this software to anyone in the design world and beyond.
Visio is quite expensive compared to its competitors which can be a barrier for some businesses.
Ease of use, good quality of results and professional. When creating detailed process flow diagram, it is easy to use with minimal learning requirements.
It makes visuals clear, easy to understand and helps users better understand processes enabling training opportunities, risk/control reviews, etc. within an organization.
Visio is a great modeling tool, ready to use shapes and stensils help tremendously to present an excellent diagram.
What I like the most about Visio is that it allows me to put my ideas in a logical way and to present it further to others. It is very easy to use and you have a lot of features that can help you.
Visio is good for those who are more visual types of users, it is good at mapping out floor blueprints and things of that sort.
The integration with other Office products is great and it is nice to be able to find so many example diagrams on the internet for various use cases.
Visio is a great tool for modeling and any other format to produce a diagram. It is simple to use and worth the money spent on a Microsoft suite bundle.
Many different styles, grouped by specific fields with integrated search, quickly find the best suitable for the required application.
With Visio, I've drawn out my Network topology, rack layout, and much more with ease. Although it's expensive, my student discount really helps bring it down to a reasonable price.
Good product but the customer service.could be friendlier.

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.
Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.
You can’t always tell who added what to a project/board so it can be confusing to know what was changed/by whom.
It's a ton of fun, but also has amazing functionality for really structuring a meeting or activity. It has specific functions for facilitators so that they can control the flow of their activity.
Its ease of use and collaboration features. Also the templates are amazing and allow for a quick set up time for projects.
I love the ease of use in creating documentation that can be used to collaborate with team members. We use flowcharts consistently and this makes it easy.
I've just started to take advantage of the Asana integration, but there are other project management tools you can sync with as well. It's a great tool for remote collaboration.
It really empower organization to optimize meetings thanks to visualization. Useful also if used by one single person to organize ideas from everybody.
Helps us to collaborate in many different things like creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.
Good for brainstorming and team working and collaboration and community based.
While the software does all of these things, the Kanban task management tools (especially for teams who practice Agile development or rapid sprints) is its most useful function.
Clean, simple interface; availability of add-ons; customer support; FAQ section and tutorial videos rock.
Miro is my place to go when I need to brainstorm ideas alone or with my team. The pricing model gives a lot of tools and features for free.

The integration in various software such as Notion is an added point that makes it a much better program. The interface is good, and all creative processes are fast, which greatly helps productivity.
The problem is that nothing layouts out the connections the way we know them. I am creating the framework for our database for the future.
I found this software so easy to use and you can create the most incredible mindmaps. I love all the wonderful additions where you can incorporate costings, web links and notes.
I had a problem to see them, I miss the ability to enlarge them or readjust them according to my needs.
This was so easy to learn to use, and the help and opening tutorial were super straightforward.
So far I have not stumbled over things that bother me ... the only thing might be the need of an internet connection.
MindMeister helps me to capture and organize all my thoughts in a way that's easy to read, understand, and remember. My ability to create content has improved since I started using MindMeister.
Missing option for cross-linking of items without an arrow.
Great to quickly get an overview of complex projects. This tool is the best out there.
I appreciate how seamless MindMeister connected to MeisterTask and converting nodes into actionable tasks was quite easy, with all the information transferred.
Using the free version, i'm absolutely delighted by this product and use it every day for planning and inspiration.
Google Drive integration is a good possibility. User friendly, easy to learn and use the software.
I love the desing and ease it has to bring your ideas to life. It has a variety of colors and shape ready to use.
Its one of the most creative applications as it helps in synchronized cloud-based platform as you assign tasks and attach files.
The most i like is the ease of use, is very simple to get started and to keep on creating connections.
I love it... but really need to work on more affordable and easier pricing.

Pros and Cons from Padlet users

The community building is fantastic, and it's super easy to use. The ability to customize my boards is wonderful.
After several months of not using the service and being charged, my friend tried to cancel the service. I kept being charged for service each month.
It's very practical, modifiable, engaging, and fun for the kids. I find it very useful and recommend it as a fruitful educational tool.
Again, the representative refused to stop charging me because I did not open the account. I had to get my bank to stop charging me. I was charged over a year.
Padlet is really helpful while outlining your vision, project or idea. Interface is playful and intuitive for creative process.
The pricing I would say seems to be the only disadvantage, and the limit of the video length is also disappointing.
I like the immediate responses from students that allows me to address any concerns and clarify questions. It is a great formative assessment tool.
It has taken the pressure off note takers, and enable participants to communicate their points in their own words rather than being paraphrased by someone else.
Padlet is a great tool that has a qualit design for efficient and effective integration.
It is easy to use, and collaboration is the best because I can keep close contact with my friends.
The design of the Padlet board is inviting and encourages students to engage with materials posted by others and to add their own ideas in writing, image and video.
I love that they can work individually or with a partner.
The layout is fabulous and students can navigate it easily to read and comment upon work posted there.
Excellent way to collate and share resources. I use with adult learners to curate sets of websites, documents, videos and more for self-access learning within a particular theme.
I have many under two different accounts.). I use them every day in my classes—high school and community college—and am always singing their praises to any colleagues who will listen.
With Padlet, I am able to share information more efficiently and save money from printing.
Great tool to teach concepts and integrate technology in the classroom.
I wish it hadn’t changed to a paid subscription, but I still enjoy using some of the free ones with my class.

Intuitive interface with useful templates. Cost is great - free for universities.
The line tool sucks, it is not intuitive to use.
Very good, I use it for my team meeting, brainstorming session. I find it very helpful transferring thought processes to diagrams or swim lane charts.
Nothing that I can think of. But my usage is limited.
I've used Cacoo for years and I love it's simplicity and diversity. I can always find a chart or a diagram to help me solve problems we faced.
Some features may need a more tweaking, e.g. it's very difficult to move cells up and down, and also it's a lot of efforts trying to select and move an element inside a group.
I like the ease of which you can create new diagrams, flowcharts, and wire frames.
Solve academic problems and personal projects using as needed.
Clean and user friendly interface. Sharable with colleagues.
Cacoo is convenient and easy to use, with great value for money.
A great tool for taking ideas out of head and onto the share.
I love the flowchart set up. I can chart all my workflows.
I like that its an online software. Its easy to use, different people can collab in a same diagram.
I liked that I could easily map out information and ideas in a visual way.

Pros and Cons from LiquidText users

Great app to process documents, extract ideas and construct content maps. LiquidText is superb when it comes to combining original content with notes and organizing information in user-generated maps.
Sometimes it freezes in my ipad and at times even after using the erasure i am unable to erase the line I had drawn. It remains there to disturb my reading.
The ease with which it allows me to engage with the text: it helps me pinpoint the important, the useful, and underline the impressive lines distinctly.
Also, the citation option while exporting is useless because it mentions the page number of the document as 1, 2, 3 depending on the number it is at in the document.
This is very easy to use but as powerful as you want it to be. The company adds useful features on a regular basis and listens to the users.
File management UI within app and to other apps is terrible.
It’s easy to pick up, it’s easy to keep things as together or as separate as desired. Ve recommended it to a few fellow students.
I cannot say it is bad but I definitely feel some lag and I am sure this is not related to connection. Also, I didn't like the monthly based subscription model.
The best part of the software is that you can write notes next to the pdf and keep them together. Overall, this is the most unique feature and the strength of LiquidText.
LiquidText is fantastic to be able to rapidly extract and correlate information from documents.
Great app for research-related work as it helps with organizing ideas and simplifies the need to go back to a source document to double check information.
Connect various pdfs with notes, lines, comments is quite the best feature ever. If you need to investigate about a topic, there isn't a better app.
Perfect to review pdf document, is like an ETL for Pdf. If you need to review whiter papers, scientific documents.
Ease of use, ability to cohesively work with touch devices as well as with a mouse. Its portability and flexibility.
Mind maps and comments are few unique features about this that other applications lacks. Also it's pricing is good according to features.
And to have them all on my iPad so that I don't have to deal with huge stacks of paper. I don't 'integrate with business processes' because I don't have business processes, whatever they may be.

Pros and Cons from Ayoa users

It's very easy to use and well worth it's value. I love it's versatility it had everything I was looking for all-in-one.
Subscription model is not working for me, I think subscription is specially bad for educational workers (students and educators from low income countries), a perpetual option is always welcomed.
The UI is very attractive, I will say that. Integration with other systems is great, although I see that same functionality with many other systems.
I cannot print tasks or mindmaps, I have lost my imindmap.
All software can be continuously improved and continued investment on improvements is what stands out and keeps a company present and clients signing up, giving a good reputation and sticking with it.
Before discovering Ayoa, I jumped from one app to the other because they just didn't suit me. It was frustrating and time-consuming to move every other month.
It's clear, linear, but full of functionalities which are easy to recall. I like the set of tools linked to the online software, like contacts and calendar.
Missing options to organize my mind maps - I miss the ability to add icons to mind maps (not social features, but icons indicating content meaning.
After the focused work is done, I don't have to look through the different categories of work to surface the top priorities, I can adjust them in their category or when looking at the big picture.
Overall this software has improved my workflow and I couldn't be happier because the price is very affordable as opposed to some of the other programs I've tried.
IMindMap allows you to make graphically beautiful mind maps to help you and your team with brainstorming.
Fortunately, my search ended two years ago. Now, I manage multiple client projects with ease through a system I built inside Ayoa using the top-notch features the app provides.
I looked at many similar products but this is definitely the best of its type.
Very intuitive to use for anyone. Can be very simple or as intricate as you need.
I am satisfied with the program, it works very well both on regular computers and on my iOS operating program.
The product is ok but the customer services is unhelpful. I sincerely hope I dont have to deal with them again.
Ayoa seems hard at work and the product is getting updated and improved rapidly since the merger. It's good enough for now, which says a lot, but has more potential for sure.
Fine product, until you have to deal with customer services.

The interface is super clean, and it works primarily through simple drag-and-drop. It took me all of a matter of 5 minutes to feel like I knew the tool.
Before Mural, longer online workshops were not effective. Many attendees were losing their focus and the meetings were transforming into inefficient gathering activities.
It's an excellent collaboration tool that helps me have creative and effective conversations.
People were confused why it was not changeable, even though the UI allows you to write before you enter the room. But then it doesn't reflect.
It is great for workshops and sprints. The fact that everyone can see and work on it at the same time is great, especially during remote work.
This tool hasn’t aged well with time. There’s a lack of modernization and functionality otherwise found in competing software and at a lower cost.
Another feature that is my most favorite is its integration power that enables me to integrate with all the useful applications of my interest in a very unique way.
Once you figure out the user interface you watch out for the issue but it is annoying when you are starting.
It is a great experience with this tool, I've participated in a lot of trainings and meetings where this tool is used, and sessions always become very proactive among the participants.
It's elegant is display, intuitive in UX and powerful in import (templates) and export (data). Integration and side by side use with Office 365 suite seems flawless.
The price of the product is indeed affordable enough for any size of company and also a great intuitive for progressive companies of the world.
I was so excited to discover this tool and share with three of my teams.
Relatively easy to use, with a rich feature set and several useful tools to collaborate visually.
I'm using Mural to map our customer journeys and it was so easy to learn right off the bat. I am so impressed by how intuitive the platform is.
Because of the savings in cost / time due to virtual work, it more than pays for itself, AND it helps to keep the teams connected and brainstorming together.
The best thing about it in my view is that you can build from independent work to group exercises and discussions and using brainstorming and the voting tool to drive decision making and action.

Pros and Cons from Creately users

I loved the finish of the design, and the fact that they had the gridlines to guide placement. Alignment of the shapes were so easy, and loved how customizable it was.
Lack of features advertised would be included. Lack of tutorials in the software.
Very easy to use with excellent collaborative features. Nice bright and modern UI.
Sometimes the lines between connections didn’t land where I wanted them or changed shape and that was frustrating.
This was a great product if you're looking for something to do very simple flows and charts in. Price point is great, and the free version still allows to use most features.
Occasionally, when I'd try to "tweak" a little place on my project it would mess up the whole thing.
The price we pay is totally worth it (an inexpensive), I will continue using Creately and hopefully I can get some of my coworkers to try it as well; I know they will love Creately.
A bit laggy when using when there are many blocks and zooming out, the undo function did not work as well as expected.
Auto Save option which makes you focus only on the business diagram. Amazing customer support.
When working, is excellent to integrate into JIRA and Confluence - just draw on the fly. Really like the export to PNG option as it makes sharing so much easier.
I like the integration into JIRA and Confluence and the stand-alone version - the ease of use of porting drawings from each to another.
Completely satisfied with the product. Definitely improving my efficiency at work.
I have extensively used this software and my overall experience related this is good.
With its free trial, you can compare this product with others and you might enjoy.
Able to access the diagrams without any software installed. The diagrams can be drawn clearly and attractively.
Very easy to use, clean interface, looks user-friendly and intuitive.
Oveall I can recommend Creately to just anybody who need to generate process flow diagrams, graphs, or other visualizations.
It seems to be a bit more complicated than it needs to be, yet, there is an excellent support community with help desk articles on pretty much anything question you may have.

Pros and Cons from XMind users

Visually pleasing and a very nice UI feel. The keys are intuitive and you can quickly and easily create some beautiful maps.
The biggest problem with XMind comes with free versions as there are certain functional limitations. But it is more of a problem for those who don't use XMind as frequently as I am.
Mind mapping brings a lot of clarity in the thought process and Xmind does a wonderful job of using mind maps. They have a lot of templates that can be used as well.
Sometimes the layout of the tree you make can look a little strange and there's no way to change it.
Great for quick, good looking maps. A breeze to use and pick up.
This approach worked for a while until I started misplacing and losing critical documents.
The price is amazing at only a few dollar per month. The experience of onboarding was also very simple.
Before using this software I would just keep ideas and plans in my head or write them down in an assortment of note books and loose paper.
I love the ability to right click any of the boxes within my mind map diagram and can quickly change its color, font style, or even change the chart style (wishbone, descending tree).
I love that you can visually express what you have and carry a project to be able to work with the client in the planning in a visual way.
There is also a very good export feature which allows for easy export to PNG, Word, Text, PDF as well as other social network using the Zen network.
Ease of use, intuitive to use if you are a mind mapper. Export options make it easy to transfer project plans to Excel or project.
The fact that it was easier to use that another tool I had used in the past, and that it could convert my previous mind-maps into the XMind format was the reason I stuck to this tool.
The pricing is effective as there are separate desktop and mobile apps, though it's preferrable to go for the desktop+mobile package as it costs just a bit more than the desktop subscription.

MindManager is very user friendly and ease of use. The software helps us to find creative and non obvious solutions.
This directs you to do brainstorming too much sctructured and sometimes you lost in the charts etc as creating charts etc not easy and you are losing motivation to use.
It was the whiteboard to our business plan when we started our comapny and had a great friend to map out what was in my mind inorder to visualize my growth strategy.
I've just uninstalled it because it posts adverts on my laptop screen, which I find intrusive - and there is no way of turning them off. I consider my laptop screen private space.
Time saver, great ToDo dashboard supporter, excellent visual management supporter during meetings.
It's integration into sharepoint has taken a step backward from SP2013 to SPonline/2016. Maps are no longer editable from a browser.
The look is great and the integration with Microsoft couldn't be better. MindManager 21 even integrates with MS Teams (beyond the already tight integration with the other MS Office tools).
Mindmanager is a commercial application, which requires users to pay.
It is a powerful mind mapping, brainstorming tool that I recommend to anyone who has some hard thinking to do.
It's a great tool that allows one to create mindmaps and other conceptual diagrams easily.
I always recommend it highest in terms of a Mind Mapping tool.
It's market positioning makes it one of the more expensive Mind Mapping tools on the market but its rich feature set and ease of use makes up for the premium pricing.
The ability to export your mind mapping to Office apps like Excel and Powerpoint make report making a simpler and faster process.
Ease of import and export to and from Microsoft Word. Basics are easy to use (but there are cheaper ways of doing the basics!).
If I have an idea, it has a function or feature to help me realize that idea. From kanban boards to integrating with Kira (through a third party integration tool).
The relationship between value and price speak of it.

Collaboard is a really good tool and deserves more praise than it is getting. The simplicity of the the board makes it intuitive, which only benefits its users.
They tell you they are in shock (for the content loss) and that they are going to see the problem right away. But you never hear from them again.
My contacts love when I share with them using Collaboard projects. The company is working on new developments and that's great to see and use new improved versions.
I don't know if they were ready to launch. You can't write in the board, because there is some horrible lagging in the system, so your words came out as weird lines.
Mostly I do chatbot workshops. Thanks to collaborad I can do the workshop from whereever I want and my clients can join from whereever they want.
Overall, it has been a horrible experience. I think they should mature their product.
The most impressive feature to me is the search, where I can launch directly in the app an external application like Bing Maps, take screenshots out of it and ink on them.
The choice of colors for the user interface is limited.
I really love how I could use Collaboard as a huge whiteboard and just dumping all my ideas, images or screenshot like a mood board for my website design business.
The tool succeeds by offering templates that visually help our remote team solve problems in a creative manner using easy-to-use technology.
Great price to functionality ratio. In most cases it is easy for learn and use (with one major issue).
I like the fact that the software was designed to be a collaborative tool, and that it integrates with Zoom.
I really like the price point for this product.
Collaboard is a pretty easy to use digital whiteboard.
You can share it with students, so the tutorials becomes very instructive.
Availability of predefined templates. Integration of multimedia supports.

It helped us to be successful. Love the predefined templates, ability to restructure with few clicks, helped capture production quality artifacts quickly, and maintain it with ease in the longer run.
When exporting map archives into Word or Excel, the format is very bad. You must work A LOT to configure the new file.
Very positive, helped organize my thinking, workflows, and while having fun.
However, there is one point that annoys me a little. Once I logged in after registration, I would have expected that login to remain permanent.
Edraw MindMaster is easy to use and I love it that they constantly improve the product.
The sac denied my requests even after I explained all the situation.
Easy to make great presentations and material of high quality.
The synchronization sometimes becomes difficult if I run it in multi-devices.
It´s really good software, really good for the price.
We were able to use this software to capture various functional and technical artifacts, ease of use from jr to sr level team members. The deliverables are well received and appreciated by my clients.
There are so many possibilities to use MindMaster. For example if I am not using the function of the online collaboration then it is still excellent for me to draw my ideas and planning diagrams.
Quite easy to utilize, the interface is intuitive and there are a lot of useful resources and several exportation formats.
Best for Academic Collaboration and creating ideas and maps.
I found it in EdrawMind (formerly: Edraw MindMaster). It was worth paying the subscription.

After a short while I fell in love with mind mapping served in this amazing form. Mind maps looks just great in this software, it's gonna be one of my favourite tools.
I find it difficult to use for Presentations (e.g., collapsing all branches, visibility/highlight of branches, etc).
Easy to pick up and use, as solid integrations, and seems to perform better with every version. Awesome for quickly mapping out an idea and collaborating with co-workers.
The limited number of colors available becomes a limitation whenever you are trying to map complex processes.
I feel like paying 5 euros a month for such a useful service is a very good deal, therefore I feel repulsive by the methods they try to sell the subscription.
I don't like that much how to collaborate between two persons using Coggle.
Coggle makes it easy for my students to create diagrams or mind maps. I like that they can share it with me.
There is no function to auto-sort/arrange the branches. Without this, it can be a bit cumbersome to put an order on a big mind map.
I am just starting to use this awesome product.
Coggle is my favorite service to use. First of all, it works seamlessly with Google services, and so covers our sign-on and team drive integration.
For an easy overview of any complex task, you should create a mindmap. Ve tried a lot of software and I like Coogle the most.
This software allows you to visualize your ideas in a very playful and colorful manner. There is a million of applications for it.
Usage of Markdown which make creating texts, lists, headers a pleasure.
Making entries is simple and making changes -- even multiple changes -- is intuitive. The content is very responsive to movement and readjustment no matter where it has been placed.
In the free trial version you can try the tool. If you need more extra feature you can get it for an affordable monthly price.
It is extremely easy to use and has almost no learning curve. You can quickly map out a website sitemap or make a detailed map of how your sales process works and share it with team members.

Worked since ever with mindmaps on paper and Mindomo is my perfect digital solution for it. Moreover I can organize and share it better.
There have been times where operation has been unstable but that hasn't been for the last 6 months or so.
I like the many tags you can use to brighten up your maps, and it is great for visualizing information.
The code formatting and image integration is missing in notes.
I love the software because it is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
The price is very high, and doesn't justify the limited features. The cloud sync is only available to subscribers, and doesn't work very well.
It's got a great range of free features that allow me to be productive using it, not just 'test drive' it. Lots of styling options for at-a-glance color coding (and branding).
Feels out of date and difficult to use compared to other mind mapping tools.
It helps me to strukture complex topics like legislation initiatives of EBA and german banking authorities. I also use it for brainstorming in workshops.
I love Mindomo to organize thoughts and notes, for planning complex projects, for sitemaps and brainstorming / insights workshops.
This is a rapid idea organization tool as well as an excellent way to organize and give presentations.
Easy to use, intuitive, integration with Google Drive - has all the features that I want in a mind mapping tool.
The ability to copy and paste whole branches to other mind maps has come in really handy as well.
Very flexible - I feel like I can really map out my mind - it's not limited to just one structure.

Stormboard is very easy to use, and yet there are layers of capability that can be unfolded as needed. Stormboard has THE BEST reporting mechanisms of any virtual whiteboard/brainstorming tool.
There are still a few bugs, and the pricing is a little strange. Inability to remove users is a potential security risk.
It's just a genuinely useful piece of organisational software. I can organise not only my personal life but also management and work tasks with ease.
Feels quite limited even within its limited scope.
Customizable templates and the ability to send users into substorms or different "rooms" to collaborate is very useful. Simple, intuitive interface.
The fact that there is a limited color pallet for the cards.
I also like the blank template. I am not sure about customer service, because I have never needed it, as I said, it is so easy to use.
Its still too hard to bring my clients on to the system (I'd do it all the time if there was a friction-free way to hand-off but still continue to collaborate together).
It keeps my kids engaged with family fun time planning.
For education usage it is great for the following. Use as a calendar for assignment due dates.
The interface is clean and well laid out and it's easy to use - features are fairly easily apparent.
I like that we can use the templates as a structure but be flexible about how it works, and that we can color code and shape code so we can have a range of information expressed.
Stormboard team accepts feedback and seems to be working hard to improve the platform.
The customer service is amazing, we find a bug and it 's fixed the next day.

What I love (yes, not just "like") in Scrintal is the ability to have a bird's eye view of my notes.
When I finished, I looked at the Scrintal page and realized what my problem was with the other apps: they restrict my thinking. They attempt to force my mind to adhere to their template.
Scrintal has a fresh perspective on PKM and advanced note-taking. It counts with excellent connection of notes through hyperlinks which makes it a powerful connector of ideas.
It is still in beta so a few key features are missing such as import.
Overall, I am satisfied with using the product though it is in beta. The community interaction by the product owners is amazing.
I still miss some features in Scrintal, especially transclusion / embedding of cards or text-blocks into other cards.
Ability to publish my boards out to be viewed by others is brilliant. Import of my Markdown from a large Obsidian vault went pretty well.
There are two things that I miss in Scrintal to make it my "go to app" for daily use.
Scrintal is all about making note-taking visual, which makes it feel like working with paper on a huge desk. It has all the benefits of working with paper with not of the negatives.
I love the sense of clarity. Scrintal's philosophy is simple and functional.
At the same time, they are able to keep the visual of the app clean enough to make our ideas and notes the central piece of everything. I am really surprised how good Scrintal is for an alpha product.
The sheer thoughtfulness behind the features is simply put: je ne sais quoi. Extremely convenient, easy to use, simple and minimalistic in approach but full of useful features.
As I engage with the community and learned different frameworks for knowledge management, my knowledge base started containing not just notes about my research but notes about all aspects of my life.
No steep learning curves, just sign in and get going. I can't think of anything better or more convenient/easy to use than Scrintal and have been addicted to this ever since.

This software is super straight forward and easy to use. I am not a UX designer, I just need to show my ideas sometimes and this tool helps a lot.
No "upcoming renewal" notification was ever received, and when we immediately responded to the invoice asking them to refund the annual subscription fee, their customer service lead refused.
Moqups, an excellent way to show our clients what a project will look like after it is finished.
This company would rather pocket the one-time fee from a paying customer who no longer wants their services and poison that working relationship than do what's right by their customers.
My overall experience with this software was excellent.
It's a pain to individually select every element in a section to group it, but I do it because sometimes we need to rearrange section of the page.
It's easy to use with everything you need to start building low resolution wireframes. You can even create hotspots to make a low-fi prototype that you can share internally or directly with end users.
When the object quota is finished we have to move to the paid plan. Its frustrating for a first time user.
Easy to use, beautiful user interphase, can be used very intuitively by anyone -- even someone with basic design skills.
It's a great tool for making flowcharts. Integrates with Confluence.
Great mockup / wireframes tool for people with ambitions as designers.
We can share our work with the team and of course this is a plus point in free plan as download option is for upgrades.
Moqups is really easy to use (and setup, especially by adding it to Google Drive). You can easily create product and web page wireframes and share and collaborate with colleagues.
An added bonus is that it also integrates with other platforms such as Jira really easily. It's also easy to format in the way you want - changing font / colours etc.

The ease in ability to separate between all the different styles within a screenplay. The name save feature is great.
There is no celtx app for the ckmputer anymore and everything is online. I miss the days when there was a computer platform.
The ability to change formats (from novel to screenplay to graphic novel to stage play) - this is the most unbelievable benefit of Celtx. A one-stop shop for story development.
Sometime the interface is annoying, especially when trying to switch between formats, e.g., scene direction vs. dialogue.
It is very user friendly by making the complicated-looking script format look very easy. I would recommend Celtx to beginners or experts that have been writing scripts for 20+ years.
Sometimes the margins are set wrong and the page number won't show when you export to PDF or you print.
I really enjoy using this software, due to its simplicity and intuitivness. I also like the storyboard and notes view of getting all your scenes worked out in advance of the actual writing.
I have not come across another script writing platform that saves as much time and poor formatting as Celtx.
Excellent, affordable product for creating entertainment.
It has industry-standard formatting and collaboration tools. It also helps me plan and execute my projects with ease.
The software is easy to use and doesn't bother with a lot of unnecessary "bells and whistles." I feel like the simplicity of the software helps me focus on the content.
Celtx is pretty intuitive to use and relatively easy to figure out, even for someone doing screenwriting for the first time.

My overall experience has been great because at the end of the day, it's how well you write, and what you can put out, that wins over the customer service and software issues.
You will break even with price and have more of a reason to write now that you're forced to in a class.
All in all it is the best writing app I have used so far. It's flexible and user friendly interface makes it a very good software.
It is more expensive than other screenwriting software, but you get what you pay for. It is the industry standard and the only thing you need besides a laptop to pursue a screenwriting career.
Very easy to use and automated formatting is superb. You have to focus on creating.
I was unfortunately rubbed the wrong way by the way my script fell apart and being told the only way to save my work was to buy the incredibly expensive, new version of the software.
The ability to use the Navigator to search by character, scene, and notes is killer. And the REPORTS section is wonderful, with breakdowns by character, dialogue, scenes, etc.
For example, it’s collaboration tools for writing partners just isn’t all that compelling when compared to other similar offerings.
I loved what I accomplished with it. Seeing the scripts and really getting a knack for the craft that brought them to life.
Shortcuts allow you to remain the flow once inspiration strikes. The customer service experience is exceptional and the best I have ever dealt with for any software.
There are many different professional templates (for television, novel, musical theatre, etc.) that can be used depending on the need. Overall it's a great writing app.
The ease of use and non-existent learning curve of this software makes someone getting into play writing or screenwriting feel entirely comfortable.
It's a great app for professionals, not beginners.
The intuitive interface, and it's easy to navigate. Moreover, it's the Industry standard for screenwriting.
Not only will I use it, I plan to buy an imac mini when I have the money so I can use it without all the bug issues. Overall it's good software, just wish they'd work out the issues on Windows.

The software is very easy to use and has a pleasant interface, and the form of online collaboration is very simple. 3D learning is fantastic, it is worth taking a chance.
Integration with Android can be a problem, it has some flaws. In addition, the learning videos are small, it could have more tutorial content.
This is innovative, specially designed software that does the job. What I like mainly is the fact that the software has improved a lot, the graphics are just excellent, especially on PC.
Lately it does not work well on Android, the application closes by itself during use.
Absolutely brilliant - a best in the world for collaborative interactive multi-lingual visual thinking in 3D.
Managing the pallet is not intuitive. Pasting an image from the clipboard directly to a thort is a glaringly missing feature.
I had never seen a software like this in order to think about a complicated issue. When i was using i started to find some good solutions and then i saw that it is much more than solving a problem.
The children loved the 3D display and the way the spheres could be linked together, in this more complex presentation. Mapping out a business start up idea for clarity and coordination.
I love to see everthing that i think in thortspace spheres. It is like my mind is on the screen.
I really enjoy using Thortspace. It has been a great way to organize thoughts and brainstorm.
The multiple features that the tool offers that drive innovation as well as revenue growth within the organization. The 3D modelling is top class and allows multiple stakeholders to get involved.
It is good software with good prospects. Although it is not stable on Android at this time, technical support is still available.
The appearance of spheres on social media is a key factor that drives my use of Thortspace. The Thortspace team is responsive, and many ideas are shared by the user community.

There are free student licenses which help using course-based materials for teaching software engineering. The interface is intuitive and easy to use.
Some of the labeling on the different components in the diagram is confusing.
My overall experience with Astah has been very good over the years and I will continue to use the tool in coming years.
Not possible to adapt models to other methods (TOGAF, BPMN...). No link between activities & lanes in activity diagrams and other UML components (actors...).
It has already helped me to secure a substantial contract.
The colorful and easy to create UML diagrams, especially the sequence diagrams, convey detailed information in a very effective way.
Good features to create UML diagrams, easy to use.
The last thing that I want to do is to wrestle with the tool as my ideas and thoughts float away.
There are free student licenses which help using course-based materials for teaching software engineering. The interface is intuitive and easy to use.

For those of us who are creative but like to/need to have our creativity focused on a topic, it’s very helpful. You can add and delete with ease, change colors, etc. I strongly recommend this.
I'm not currently working but have become terribly reliant on the software at this point as mentioned in the pros above. Other than that, I can't think of anything.
Good interface, nice colours and themes, and a simple UX make for a pleasant experience.
The iCloud sync sometimes leaves me high and dry when in flight mode. I thought that the file was downloaded but then realize it's still up in the cloud, when I'm up in the air and no way to sync.
Mindnode is easy to use and syncs flawlessly across devices. It is beautiful to look at an easy to navigate.
After finishing a mind map, printing in a readable format is difficult. Especially if it is a larger mind map.
Compared to some other similar programs, this software is priced great and looks great.
Perhaps allowing me some customizations but those are very specific to what I do so it should be no concern to most.
As mentioned, mindnode helps me organise my thoughts, and that's a wonderful thing.
Really really love this software. The UI is great and the price is right.
Mindnode allowed me to take the thoughts I had and put them down on a screen. After putting them down, I was able to reorganize them into helpful, clear groupings.
I really like using MindNode, because besides being easy to use, it is very versatile.
Smooth, simple, fast learning curve, ultra intuitive and a pleasure to use - Beautifull.
Mindnode makes it that much easier to organise my scattered mess of thoughts into something cohesive that at least I can understand later on.
