Very easy to use and very convenient. Sensitive content hidden] and his team very supportive and great to collab with you all.
It’s truly remarkable how this is enabling us to configure additional workflows and surveys with greater efficiency.
Overall it has been a good experience. Amazing customer support.
Cons
Nothing.but this Csat app is what is exasperating. Its a pity that this survey is not user friendly.
I am quite disappointed with this survey app - not with Emojot.
Lack of integration with other systems - not that it couldn't be done, but we didn't need to spend the additional $ to make it happen right now.
