What is eSputnik?
eSputnik is a cloud-based marketing automation solution which enables the creation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns across SMS, email, web push notifications, and Viber messenger. Through eSputnik’s drag-and-drop workflow editor, users can create simple or complex campaigns with multiple actions and conditions. Emails can be created using the visual and HTML/CSS editors, with users able to switch back and forth between the two. Conditional and complex subscriber segments can be created and tracked for each campaign. A range of analytics, including opening time reports, clickthrough maps, customer activity tracking, and database growth analytics, can be accessed in real-time. eSputnik also offers a range of AI-based features, including sending time optimization, mailing frequency recommendations, and personalized product recommendations.
