What is Screenfluence?
Screenfluence is a cloud based digital signage platform that gives organizations full control over every screen in their network, from a single browser based dashboard, accessible from any device, anywhere in the world.
The platform is built for both customer facing and internal use cases. On the customer side, organizations use Screenfluence for lobby displays, menu boards, promotional screens, way finding, and waiting room content. On the internal side, HR teams, operations managers, and communications directors use it for employee recognition, safety alerts, compliance messaging, shift briefings, and production KPIs on the floor. Both use cases run through the same platform and the same dashboard.
Core platform capabilities include remote centralized management of unlimited screens, advanced scheduling by time, day, date, and location with automatic content expiry, player grouping for targeted messaging by department or location, role based access with configurable permissions, drag and drop content upload, support for images, video, PowerPoint, PDF, and web content, and single sign on for enterprise accounts. Content continues playing locally if internet connectivity drops, so there is no black screen downtime.
Hardware is proprietary and plug and play. The Screenfluence DMP5 player connects to any screen and is ready in minutes. No custom installation, no ongoing hardware maintenance, and no third party device dependencies. Compatible with any display connected via HDMI.
Security is handled through HTTPS encryption across all data in transit, role based access controls with configurable permission levels, and secure credential storage. Screenfluence does not store passwords in human readable format.
Screenfluence serves organizations across hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, food production, education, religious organizations, franchise networks, dental and medical clinics, fitness clubs, retail, and corporate offices. Customers include multi property hotel groups, hospital networks, food production plants, and franchise systems managing screens across dozens of locations from a single account.
Every customer is assigned a dedicated account manager who handles onboarding and provides ongoing support. Volume pricing is available for larger screen networks with significant discounts at scale.
