I couldn't recommend more highly. Great product and great company.
Easy to install, easy to use and very affordable. The reporting tools are clear and really provide valuable insight into what customers are thinking. And as a widely used industry standard, NPS is something we can use directly with our customers. Plus SightMill are a joy to work with - helpful and responsive at all times.
We were happy to insert the code ourselves which I imagine can sometimes be an issue for less able organisations

Very straightforward to install, even for the technologically challenged! The survey results are easy to track and review and the verbatims have given us detailed insights into what we've got right and what we need to work on. There is always help available when needed - it's great that the SightMill team is so responsive.
We found some of the reporting tools a bit challenging to work with at first, but they have since been updated and there's now really nothing that we've a problem with.

Any problems we encountered we very swiftly resolved, to their credit.
We’ve implemented Sightmill on two occasions now, one for a client business and one for one of our own online ventures. Both times, we’ve had invaluable insights into what customers are really thinking.

Basic functions are easy - impressive list of advanced features too which we are learning to use but seem intuitive. Great support when required to get us started
Integration to our CRM wasn't available when we started, but it's now been added to the roadmap so we look forward to adding that feature
