My nonprofit organization relies heavily on visitor admission revenue to help advance our mission. We were closed for a year due to covid, which impacted us heavily. This year, we sought a solution to be able to open safely. One of our solutions was online, timed ticketing. I researched various options and found Ticket Tailor, which was listed as integrating with my Weebly website. I'm so glad I found this solution! Not only did it work well for our purposes, but the customer service they provide is excellent! They even had articles on implementing timed ticketing - just what we were looking for. The "chat" is always helpful and they always have ideas for how to use the program to do what I want it to do. And their regular updates are actually... Helpful! Always adding features or tweaking elements that make the program work just that bit better. They are affordable and responsive. I highly recommend Ticket Tailor.

A hidden treasure - Ticket Tailor has been critical in my organization's response to covid

We were about to go live using SquareSpace to sell tickets to keep the setup easy.  Boy am I glad we changed to Ticket Tailor.  The easy of selling both tickets and collecting donations on TT has around made the setup worth it. And the checkin app will make the event day so much easier than using an XLS file! With Ticket Tailor we can now accurately track how many people register for an event, and compare that to how many people actually attend the event.  We can now also collect emails efficiently for producing distribution lists of attendees for thank you notes and future marketing of events.

Works brilliantly in schools

For many years we have run Santa events with high quality cardboard tickets sold from our premises or bought through PayPal and posted out. We have also sold tickets on the day. Covid meant none of that was possible and we were very anxious about moving to e-ticketing.  From the very start the product was very easy to use and customise and more importantly integrated very well with our website and our customers found it easy to use. The support team have been exceptional - answering queries at all hours when I'd reached a problem. What I love with their support team is that they never say- just click this option as though you were an idiot- they are very friendly always explained or linked to tutorials so you can understand in more detail. 

First time with e-ticketing

We find it easy to set up and sell tickets to our events. The customer service is impeccable, fast, reliable and present for whenever you need it - and polite and full of personality too. I can't recommend it enough, especially now the different payment structures are in place for people like us who don't run events regularly enough for a monthly fee. 

Ticket Tailor makes event running easy

I have been using this after I migrated off of Event Brite due to the high fees.  I am more than pleased with the transition.  I have lowered my expenses by thousands of dollars per year and as a small business owner this has been huge!  It does not do everything that some of the bigger players but I did not need most of the tools.

I've consider going with other products, such as Eventbrite, Eventzilla, and some others. They didn't work for us because they were quite expensive. They involved our people having to pay extra fees, or our organization paying extra fees, and because we're small, very new nonprofit, we wanted to maximize every dollar, so we chose something else.
                                                       I chose Ticket Tailor because the ease of use. I chose Ticket Tailor because it was very cost-effective for us and I really like the product, the customer service, the ability to get questions answered if I need it, answers to any questions or stumbled along the way, which I really didn't. I'm not very tech savvy, so for it to be easy for someone like me to use was very important. We don't have any large staff, so it was quite navigatable for somebody at my technology level. So that's why I liked it.
                                                       Onboarding with Ticket Tailor was very easy. The set-up instructions that the software system provided were very clear. And again, we're a two person operation at this point, so following the detailed instructions, it was really one, two, three. We were able to get our logo and our images uploaded. We were able to provide our ticketing and event information and it's something that we know that we'll just continue to use because the output was perfect and our event planning was much more effortless by using Ticket Tailor.
                                                       If an organization is considering Ticket Tailor, I would give you the advice to go ahead and sign up, use the platform, because it is a very simple, very easy to use and I can tell you that it's going to save your organization a lot of money. So, go with Ticket Tailor.

                                                       Before using Ticket Taylor, we used something called JotForm, but that meant that we had to do a lot of the admin ourselves as far as emailing each individual person and also keeping records of who was registered for our conference. We also considered Eventbrite when we were researching new software to use, but for some reason, I think it was because Ticket Taylor said that events were free online until the end of the year, we decided to give it a try.
                                                       We went with Ticket Taylor because they were offering free online events until the end of 2020, and I thought that was very considerate considering that so many events are online right now. Also when I started examining the software, I noticed that it was beautiful and easy to use.
                                                       Onboarding with Ticket Taylor was really easy because it's a drag and drop feature for every setup of each screen. Also it's just very easy to customize. Every button and every email to guests was very easy to change.
                                                       For those considering Ticket Tailor I would recommend that you look at all of the options for what you can edit in the software. We didn't realize at first that you could change the email that goes to guests after they register and that ended up being very helpful for us in a later stage.
