What is Upscope?

Upscope co-browsing is a one click, no-download, interactive screen sharing solution for customer support and sales.

It provides a secure co-browsing solution for improving customer experience in financial, health, SaaS and other industries via cloud, API and on-premise options. It can be used for customer support, onboarding and sales.

With Upscope, customer service agents can click once to see the customer's screen, without having to set up screensharing via Zoom or Google Meet.

Upscope integrates with live chat providers like Intercom, Zendesk, Freshchat, Drift, LiveChat, HelpScout and more in order to provide seamless, multi-channel customer support. It can also be used to aid customers who call in to contact centres by generating a unique phone support code for each customer, allowing agents to talk on the phone whilst also screen sharing to aid issue resolution.

Agents can click and scroll with the customer and rather than telling them where to click, they can control the customer's mouse and screen, avoiding any misunderstandings. There are no downloads required for either the user or the agent. Once businesses have added the Upscope javascript snippet to their website, they can instantly see the customer moving around on the page and begin clicking and scrolling with them without having to add any extensions or install software.
