What do users say about Financial Management Cloud?

This can be confusing to users when they are first using the system. While for audit trail purposes we can appreciate why posted transactions can not be modified, this has caused a lot of work when items do need to be amended as we basically need to create a reverse item, and then redo the original item properly.
