What is Forsta?
Forsta (formerly FocusVision Decipher) is a cloud-based survey software designed to help businesses create customizable surveys in multiple languages to collect customers' feedback. Managers can visualize results in the form of tables or charts and filter received data based on targeted client segments.
Forsta allows organizations to upload questionnaires as Microsoft Word documents and leverage machine learning capabilities to detect question types and answer choices. Supervisors can use pre-configured templates to create online surveys for net promoter score (NPS) advertisement testing, brand awareness, and employee satisfaction. The software also lets businesses capture customers' feedback via video responses, and design custom questionnaires by adding multiple question types, languages, or themes. The mobile application also enables teams to manage projects, conduct interviews, and engage with survey respondents.
Using Forsta, enterprises can collect customers' feedback in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) standards. Administrators can quickly create reports in Microsoft PowerPoint, monitor collected data in real-time, and view campaign statistics on a centralized platform.
