The platform can be used by frontline teams in commercial and industrial environments to aid communications and operations. The notification templates allow managers to create alerts using variable texts including multiple choices, time/date information, and acronyms.
Tekom's text-to-speech technology supports multiple languages and automatically converts written messages into voice notes. It allows users to establish 2-way interactions via SMS or email, enabling quick communication. It detects unacknowledged notifications and automatically escalates them to the next available person. Plus, administrators can build a recipient database by adding contact details and defining the preferred communication channel for each employee.
Tekom facilitates integration with third-party active directory (AD) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) applications. The central dashboard lets users view notification progress and status updates including 'delivered', 'busy line', and 'mobile phone switched'.
