What is ThriveDesk?

ThriveDesk is a live chat software designed to help small businesses manage real-time customer communications across channels. Key features include shared inbox, knowledge base, customer relationship management, tagging, private notes, and reporting.

The platform enables managers to utilize the @mention feature to notify and collaborate with colleagues on various tickets via private notes. Administrators can share files with customers through chat widgets and organize community discussions across groups. ThriveDesk allows teams leaders to configure role-based access permissions for staff members and measure success rates via customer satisfaction score (CSAT) surveys. Supervisors can also handle customer queries using canned responses and saved actions on a unified interface.

ThriveDesk lets stakeholders add tags and labels to organize tickets and communicate with clients via live chat functionality. Operators can also create, merge, and delete conversations and gain visibility into chat history on a centralized dashboard.
