Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

I know TalkDesk uses Plivo call endpoints to route calls and I've also used Plivo in the past which has the best voice quality on VOIP calls. They tell you to fix it one way, and it gets way worse. It was my decision to get this, and was a really bad mistake. I like the ease of integrating Talkdesk with Zendesk. The sales team was fantastic and quickly sold us on the use of the software and how it will benefit us since we were a small team at the time.

Most companies will try to lock you into a one year commitment, but it is perfectly reasonable to know everything works together in harmony. Question 3: Is this the right price for me.

Constant email outage notifications for products I dont have, and then when our system DOES fail (inevitably), the e-mail comes 20 minutes after the outage.

Each time customer service was contacted, no matter the issue, we were always told it was user error, computer error, or internet error. Agent use is wonderful once it gets all the quirks down. Supervisor app is wonderful for call tracking, recording, time management, client tracking.

Also the support was excellent, I needed some assistance and I worked with the same person through the whole process, which was great. She followed up with me until my problem was resolved. My overall experience has been outstanding. Freshdesk provides quick, efficient,solutions so I can keep my customers happy which in turn keeps me happy.

But it would be great to see a video on how to do things on the software that most people aren't aware of. Never reloads, no one wants to use it, we lack most of the main functionalities that other companies have, they rolled it out too soon. The program is horrendous. I love how easy it is to store and navigate my files. I used this for business purposes and happy with the cloud.
