Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Q. What is Missive used for?
Missive is a collaborative email client that adds a shared layer on top of the email you already use. It connects to Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and any IMAP or SMTP provider through OAuth or IMAP, so mail stays on your existing server and nothing has to be migrated. Core functions: shared inboxes with per-user access, conversation assignment with active member and observer roles, internal comments and @mentions inside the thread, real-time collaborative drafting, canned responses, shared labels, snoozing, task lists, and centrally managed team signatures. Rules handle routing and automation with multi-condition triggers. Every action is logged per user with a timestamp, so shared inboxes keep a full audit trail that a shared password never gives you. Channels: email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and live chat, all in the same inbox. AI: a built-in assistant that searches your mail, checks your calendar, looks up contacts, finds canned responses, and drafts replies. AI rules classify, label, and route conversations automatically. You pick the provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) and can bring your own API key. Missive does not train models on your data, and none of the providers train on it by default. Integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Todoist, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom, Shopify, Dialpad, and Zapier, plus MCP connections to Notion, Linear, Attio, HubSpot, and Stripe. A REST API and webhooks cover custom channels and internal workflows. Security: SOC 2 Type II, audited by an independent third-party CPA. GDPR compliant with a published DPA and subprocessor list. Data encrypted at rest and in transit. Missive passes Google's yearly OAuth API security assessment. Two-factor authentication is on every plan; SAML 2.0 SSO with enforcement (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin) is on Business. Read trackers and 1x1 tracking pixels are blocked by default. Data export is self-serve and account deletion is complete within 30 days, satisfying GDPR Article 17. Hosted on AWS us-east-1. Missive is not HIPAA compliant and does not sign BAAs. Available on web, desktop, iOS, and Android. Trusted by 6,000+ businesses.
