The platform is exactly as I expected based on my conversations with the sales team and the demos before I chose to implement it, this may not sound like much, but it's huge to me that there were no surprised. The implementation team was wonderful, it was easily the easiest implementation process I have ever been through and I still (over a year later) have a regular call with my rep so we can talk through the best way to accomplish my goals, proving ROI, pain points, upcoming features, the Axonify conference, etc. The best part: since they are constantly rolling out new features based on their user's feedback, it's an even better platform than the one I signed up for.
I love that even though it is a good enough platform that it was my first choice when I was choosing an LMS, they have not stopped innovating. In many cases a new feature has been released just as I am anticipating a problem that would be perfectly resolved by that feature, such as the guided learning feature released last year.
Some of the organization of the platform doesn't always make sense to me. Some features are split so setting them up can require the admin to perform actions in several different sections of the platform, however, this is most likely a byproduct of the frequent updates. Since this is only a minor annoyance, it is well worth it to in exchange for the innovations and many of these inconveniences have been addressed in the updates so in my opinion, this is only a short term inconvenience.

Overall my experience has been positive, and I'm thrilled to be working with this platform. The days of clunky old LMS systems that can't adapt to a learner's individual knowledge level are over - Axonify sets a new bar. Companies want to know that when they invest in training for their people, those people will for remember it long after the training is delivered. Axonify can meet that challenge. I look forward to seeing what they do next.
Axonify provides a fun, modern twist on workplace learning, delivering games with questions infused throughout. The platform navigation is very intuitive, providing learners with a straightforward selection of menus and a very visual interface. The game mechanics are solid - the gameplay and leaderboard have been hugely motivating to our employees and people truly enjoy logging into the platform each...
My biggest concerns are likely "growing pains" due to being relatively new on the LMS-scene. Hopefully some improvements will come over time. For example, we can't edit html to customize our content, change the look and feel, swap out icons, use embed codes...as a designer, I'm used to having more control over those things. Many of my (admin) frustrations with the platform have been user interface...

Axonify has become our go-to tool, replacing multiple other platforms. We use it for onboarding, reinforcement training, intranet, rewards program, communication platform, and certification/compliance mechanism. There are many other features we haven't even tapped into yet!
We love how user-friendly the interface is and that it provides a reasonable way to engage employees at all levels, without taking them away from their tasks.
There are challenges, as a bi-lingual company, but our customer support person has always been able to help us work through those challenges. I know that our feedback is passed along and that the team at Axonify is working hard to improve things from multi-language companies.

Great customer support, great for learners, y'all have absolutely got to figure out what is happening on the back end with your data and data connections and feature capabilities. As an admin, I feel greatly restricted by this product compared to something like Cornerstone. Learners majorly benefited from this change, but switching to this product has made my job as the owner of several large training programs with an audience of thousands of Learners a year, quite a bit more difficult.
How engaging and easy to use it is for Learners. Making training accessible and fun is important to training retention and Learner attitude towards learning/training in general.
There's several simple admin features missing with regards to program management and updates.1) Allow overwriting of Historical Import data-- if even a single cell in a row has changed for a User in a later Historical Import for the same topic ID, Axonify should be smart enough to recognize the change and update the row. Asking your Admins to revert Historical Imports of potentially tens, hundreds,...

This software has many advanced features that other's do not have, especially for employee learning and development. The ability to assign courses and SOPs covers the regulatory aspect of training and the micro-learning through daily questions at multiple levels allows employees to retain information. The reporting abilities allow managers to track individual employee progress and their Team/Dept. The Behaviors/Observations/Evaluations feature is great for many things like 30/60/90 day new hire tracking as well as safety observations.
While Axonify has many advanced features, there are several basic features that would help with setup and regulatory. A system of revision for courses/SOPs, more controlled exporting of data, and due date control are a few examples.
