Jobi is a mobile field service management system that offers HVAC, plumbing and electrical professionals a single platform from which to control service calls, dispatch and scheduling. Incorporating a real-time company dashboard, GPS mapping and Quickbooks integration, Jobi aims to deliver a user-friendly field service management solution. Since Jobi is available as a native mobile application on iOS and Android, Jobi affords users the flexibility to access important information and perform administrative tasks on the move.

In order to manage field service operations effectively, Jobi equips users with the tools to schedule service calls, handle dispatch opportunities and track technicians easily. With real-time service requests, Jobi allows users to communicate instantly with customers via calls, emails or the Jobi admin panel. Besides service request management, Jobi enables users to schedule, assign and track services conveniently through to completion with technology such as GPS mapping.

By supporting integration with Quickbooks as well as PayPal, Authorize.net and Stripe, Jobi provides users with the functionality to accept payments and manage accounting data simply and securely. Moreover, users can generate invoices, import current flat rate pricing information, capture digital signatures and build custom prices straightforwardly to promote different service plans, warranties and product upgrades. Jobi also grants users actionable insight into business performance by facilitating sales tracking through visual analytics and call tracking through CallRail integration.
