AuditBoard's SOXHUB is a great GRC solution for managing a SOX program. It's super easy to manage in all ways, including adding documentation, managing PBC requests, user access, etc. I like that everything is contained within the system, so all documentation is in one place. Being able to manage PBC request within AuditBoard and then link them to the control testing significantly reduces email traffic and makes review and testing more efficient.

Sometimes it's hard to run reporting for exactly what we want, but I think with more experience we will get better at generating reports.

I love the ease of use, the functions that it provides as well as the center for all of our testing documents, risks, etc.

Constant version upgrades, bugs in the system, etc.

AuditBoard is an amazing tool to streamline evidence gathering, testing, risk and control matrix, and others all in one platform. This makes it easier for the business process owners and the Internal Audit Team.

Honestly, there aren't any cons or red flags to highlight, it's a great tool.

It’s a user friendly interface, with great features that can be personalized to the user needs.

Dependence on internet connectivity. If there are connectivity issues, it could potentially disrupt access to the platform.

I really appreciate the functionality of SOX updates and changes updating throughout the platform.

Currently, working through what information can be uploaded/stored in the cloud/redaction of certain information obtained.

The user interface is amazing and easy for ANYONE to follow! Even those who are new to using engagement softwares.

Audit Sync can be improved I think. Sometimes it does not save.

Connected data throughout the modules giving a full-view of risk

There are some aspects of Workstream that can be improved - Process Certifications would be nice!

The implementation team has been top notch and very helpful as we work through integration across internal teams

AuditBoard is very flexible and the interconnected modules are very helpful!

Sometimes a bad build will get pushed out, slowing my productivity when using the tool when working around software issues. Customer Support is helpful and communicative during these events.

I like the ease of use and the visibility of each audit (where the audit is at in terms of completion percentage).

The installation was a little rough, we had to keep going back and forth with the AuditBoard team to get the settings right.

Very easy to implement and manage the Compliance program. CrossComply module is excelent, giving us the ability to manage frameworks, policies and also collect evidence for audits. The auditboard academy is impressive.

Sometime it seems hard to find the specific field you want to edit, due to the number of fields avaliable for configuration.

AuditBoard is very user friendly. There is a very low bar to entry that makes it easy to pick up and start testing

Some of the administrative features seem somewhat hard to find

Auditboard sync. Makes it easy to update workpapers real time.

Auditboard sync will fail to upload sometimes after using it for too long.

Our previously audit tool lacked an intuitive interface, was cumbersome to learn and lacked easy customization. AuditBoard solved these issues and will allow us to bring new staff up to speed much more quickly than before. It also will enable us to automate client follow ups, improve our client/auditor interactions and eliminate a lot of the side spreadsheets we maintian today.

Getting user adoption is always a challenge, but the easy of use of the tool should help us get to the wanted critical mass of adoption we are striving for.

All data are connected and real-time. WorkStream function are extremely useful and applied in several modules. Audit log is helpful and important to track who did what

Dashboard does not fit company need. need to customize ourselves

It has more features than any other product for the same basic price!

We needed to correct some of the work done by non-AuditBoard implementers but it was not major due to assistance from AuditBoard personnel!!!!

Love how connected it is! The # feature lets you reference whats important.

File management and file preview size. Hate that the preview does not auto scale to right size of the file.
