Agilysys Stay is a cloud-based property management software that helps hotels, resorts, cruise lines, casinos, and other businesses in the hospitality industry streamline operations related to reservations, guest check-in, payment processing, and more. It enables staff members to check room availability and occupancy based on multiple categories, including committed, on-hold, arrivals, cancelations, no shows, and departures.

Agilysys Stay's search and filter functionality allows employees to view all reservations according to guest name, assigned rooms, confirmation numbers, preferred payment method, and arrival status. The housekeeping staff can access and assign room service requests based on service type, room status, and priority. It lets front desk employees handle room booking based on several criteria, including arrival and departure date, number of guests, group bookings, available rate plans, and add-on services.

Agilysys Stay comes with an API, which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions, such as Bareye, Elavon, eRevMax, and FreedomPay. Managers and leaders can use the activity dashboard to monitor reservations, accounting, front desk, and guest management operations across multiple properties.
