I have been using Xero & Receipt Bank (DEXT) and Hubdoc for years, with NO problems. Now with a new entity, wanted to use Freshbooks for the ease of the accounting system. With several invoices being processed weekly, I wanted to remove the barrier of manual entry to invoices. I tried to connect Hubdoc/Receipt Bank but they are not connected with Freshbooks. MMC Reciept was the only option and...
The support of MMC Receipt has been the strongest part. Easy to use with no big learning curve.
It did not work as described and the ios was not working but google play was working.

Signed up - and the phone rang seconds later. They were calling me because I'd just set it up and at some point during the convo wanted a review. I spent the day snapping and uploading pics. Each time I submitted it took a long time. Went to push everything to QB - and it didn't recognize that there were taxes set up. It wouldn't push anything through as an expense - probably because it didn't have anywhere to talk about how it was paid. They fixed the tax issue - and suddenly if I used a vendor once the message I started to get was that the name was already in use. And their 24/7 customer service wasn't available. It appeared that they were online - but nobody ever actually answered.
The ability to scan multi-page invoices.
Pretty much every thing else. Nothing worked Customer service was not 24/7
