I know that I'll get a fair and great price for my property and that it's constantly being updated with the best price of the market, making my listings competitive and attractive.

The best in the industry. Very easy to use, intuitive and I love how it integrates with everything.

Most important is wheelhouse has helped me to increase revenue. The platform is easy to use, customer service is very good, wheelhouse is like a business partner.

It has a great array of tweaks that can be made to various aspects of pricing, for example last minute discounts, etc., that give control where you want it.

There is an occasional lag in automated updating pricing in user platform (Airbnb) when blocked dates that have been opened. You can do it with a manual refresh if you remember to do so.

They had technical errors on their side. It was suggested to me in their words "just keep clicking sync until it works.

I was really amazed... since that i have 100% trust in the pricing algorithm.

It was easy to setup and integrate with Airbnb and syncs flawlessly with my account on a daily basis or when I make adjustments.

The lack of a mobile version / app. The website can be used from a smartphone, but it doesn't work very well, for example the calendar is only usable in landscape mode.

This was great software to manage my listing for many days with various prices.

I have been using wheelhouse pricing for about 2 months now and my listings have gotten way more bookings than ever at better rates.

Can initially be difficult to access all the features; just requires some practise.

We use wheelhouse pricing to maximize the pricing of our vacation rental. It has yielded better results than the traditional native algorithms built-in to Air Bnb.

The market is complex and Wheelhouse allows me to tweek for seasons, weekends, holidays and many other variables. It also allows for easy tracking of and application of different revenue stratergies.

Haven't had any problems that required support yet. One thing is like to see is why a price is what they set.  Haven't had any negative experience so far.

I recommend it to other hosts as I think it is an easy way to constantly update and manage your pricing. I would love to see continued improvements to allow more insight and freedom with pricing.

I do love that I can set my parameters and watch the pricing tool go to work. Also their customer service is responsive and always easy to work with.

I use it as a pretty good guide, it certainly more than covers its cost (which is pretty small). Occasionally - in lower periods, (or when i cant quite hold my nerve) feel they keep prices high too long - and find it quite simple to just override.

Outstanding looking forward to the future.  Makes my life much easier.  I can let my prices work and monitor them so I can focus on other tasks.  Wheelhouse is clean and easy to use.  I love how smooth it is.  Everyone is friendly and quick to help.  I tried several dynamic pricing tools before I decided that Wheelhouse is the way to go for my business.  I own and manage 24 very busy overnight cabin rentals in Gatlinburg, TN.  I look forward to growing much faster with the help of Wheelhouse.

Great Value for the Service 

We started out on airbnb using their smartpricing, and it was the worst decision ever. Within hours of listing our first property, it was booked for less than 1/3 of what it should have been rented for. The in-house airbnb smart pricing is attrocious especially for high quality/luxury properties. Immediately afterwards we looked for a solution and considered this and the competitor Beyond Pricing and chose this for ease of use. We have friends that say wheelhouse tends to overvalue their budget condos, but that is far better than the alternative.

My fave solution for Airbnb dynamic pricing

In the very beginning, I experienced a major engineering issue and lost some confidence with the product.  BUT, Wheelhouse worked VERY hard to remedy the issue and went to great lengths to regain my confidence.  Now, I have no hesitation highly recommending Wheelhouse.

I get top dollar for my rentals and I don't need to go in and adjust prices, it happens automatically.

Very easy to use and worth the small cost.

Saved time to manager price.  Got additional sales that I wouldn't have received if the Wheelhouse had not accurately and daily  adjusted my prices.  Also won higher priced guests which I would have priced lower.  So the Wheelhouse tells me when to be aggressive and when to be relatively conservative.

The software totally released me from adjusting and worrying about the price.

                                                       Before using Wheelhouse, I was using Airbnb smart pricing feature, and I found that it wasn't all that smart. As I looked at other options, when I was looking at Wheelhouse, I looked at PriceLabs and Beyond Pricing, and ultimately ended up going with Wheelhouse and I've been very happy.
                                                       The reason why I chose Wheelhouse is because I really liked that it integrated with... The pricing was dynamic, not only by just looking at Airbnb listings, but also by taking hotels, how booked they are, what their rates are, local events in the area. I thought that they had a unique blend, and I really liked the other features that they offered, things like a minimum stay, a dynamic minimum stay, where if there were a three night opening, it would allow me to do three nights, but if there were two night opening, it would only allow two nights. They had different features that I think that really added a lot of value.
                                                       As far as integration goes, it was super straightforward. Essentially, I just linked my Airbnb account, and at that point I could have been done, but I chose to go into the settings and fine-tune the details a little bit more. I still go in and check every once in a while, but it was initially about 30 minutes is all. It's been great.
                                                       If you're considering Wheelhouse, some recommendations I would have, things that I just looked at, A, I was concerned over the percentage of my bookings being taken by Wheelhouse. Now, fast forward, we've made significantly more money, had way more bookings than we ever would've had. I would not trip up over whatever that percentage is. Also, another thing to really consider is, if you are more heavily booked on VRBO than Airbnb, Wheelhouse is probably not the platform for you at its current stage, because they only integrate with Airbnb. Whereas, other platforms, like Beyond Pricing, has built out a VRBO integration. However, I found that Wheelhouse still, because I am more Airbnb heavy, Wheelhouse seems to have a little bit better algorithm and dynamic pricing, and so that's why I continue to stay with them.
