Discovered Performance Hiring Software is a pre-employment assessment solution with which companies can measure candidates’ people skills, critical thinking, sales aptitude, and more. The system is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses looking to measure the personality and job fit of their potential hires.

Discovered Performance Hiring Software’s assessments are designed to be carried out online, enabling companies to test candidates on-site or remotely. Multi-trait, consistency, and embedded lie questions are included in assessments to reduce the likelihood of candidates being able to cheat the tests, and Discovered also adjust for both exaggeration and humility in candidates’ answers. Emotional intelligence (EQ) and cognitive skills can be assessed alongside communication skills, problem solving, adaptability, and people skills. Skills tests measure attention to detail, critical thinking, logic, simple and complex math, writing, telemarketing and sales skills, management ability, and more. Sales aptitude & skills testing is designed to identify candidates with strong listening, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to close deals.
