Emotional intelligence (EQ) and cognitive skills can be assessed alongside communication skills, problem solving, adaptability, and people skills. Skills tests measure attention to detail, critical thinking, logic, simple and complex math, writing, telemarketing and sales skills, management ability, and more. Sales aptitude & skills testing is designed to identify candidates with strong listening, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to close deals.
