Software is obsolete 

My general experience with Guusto has been really good, I was able to quickly adapt to the platform thanks to the free trial that I was able to enjoy for a week, I was able to adapt to the platform and understand exactly how I should carry out the process of sending awards and gift cards. I'm satisfied with the general functionality of this platform, as I mentioned beofre, a few features still need to be added, such as the awards status check system, but the rest of the platform works great, I love being able to send awards to my employees without any limit. I must emphasize that this platform has allowed our employees without any limit. I must emphasize that this platform has allowed our employees to be more enthusiastic about fulfilling their tasks, since they work harder to obtain awards from us, without a doubt this platform has been perfect for my company and to obtain greater work performance.

The backed offers reports that makes keeping track of taxable commission for employees, all the tracking is done for you automatically. Can't go wrong there. The best part though, is probably how it works with our incentive structure. Before Guusto, we had actual physical gift cards, and the type of card would rotate week over week. With Guusto, its up to the user where they'd like to spend their money. Tracking gift cards we give employees as incentive has never been easier thanks to Guusto.

Only admins on the team can transfer funds from the personal account to the team account, which may be why you are not seeing the option. There is a 3%+$0.3 fee that is charged by the credit card processor, but since we do not charge any other service fees, it is a pretty good deal for gifts of smaller values!                                                        Previously to Guusto, we didn't use any interfaces. We just went straight to the merchant's website to purchase gift cards. The reason why we decided to switch is to make it more streamlined and store all of our gift cards in one area.
                                                       Guusto was chosen because it provided that streamlined experience. You could basically choose any gift cards you want, ranging from Starbucks to Air Canada to Aeropostale, every single merchant is on Guusto, or Guusto has some sort of relationship in their network of merchants.
                                                       So Guusto was moderately easy to use when I first started it. When I received my gift card, I had to navigate the interface. It was a little bit challenging to figure out whether I was the sender or the receiver, it wasn't very clear on the website. But after just playing around with it for about five minutes, I figured it out.
                                                       So the recommendation I have for using Guusto is, if you have an organization that sends rather large amounts of gift cards at a time, another interesting feature that they have is a feature where it makes the receivers send out a gift card, or re-gift the gift card. That's really great if you're sending out a gift card and you want to make sure that the actual end user's specifically using it for gift card purposes and not using the funds for anything else. So it's nice little security feature. Because of the large batches benefit that is included, it's good to send it interorganizationally, say within your whole company, or if you're doing business with a client and you want to send out large batches out to them. So really good for B2B as well.

Rebecca:                                               Hi, my name's Rebecca. I'm a Special Project Coordinator and I'm giving Guusto four out of five stars. And for more review, click on the link down below. On a day to day basis, we use Guusto when we have work anniversaries. So our company is fairly young. It's five years old this year, actually. And we've been sending those really big milestones thank you to our employees that have been here since the beginning. And also we make it a really important point to celebrate our employees' birthday when they come up. So it's fairly directed by departments, but when we have employees' birthday that is coming up, usually sometime we're going to send either flowers or plants and probably a Guusto card accompanied with it. So the employee can feel that their team is making a day out of their special day and cheering along everyone.
                                                       And actually, we've used it this year as part of our holiday gathering ideas. Since everything is remote right now, what we did is we allowed a budget per department heads for them employees. And some of them chose to do a remote activity together. Some of them decided to go out at the restaurant, but for the people that were remote, like outside of Quebec or outside of Canada, what we did is we sent them Guusto cards. So this way they were able to feel that they were celebrating the holiday season with us and they were taking into consideration for the big amount of work they did during the year. And this way, they were very happy to receive a great amount that they were able to split within different merchants and just choose something that was meaningful for them. What I like most about Guusto is probably the very friendly user in using of the portal.
                                                       It's really simple to use and we can also notify the manager when we sent someone a card, which lets them know that their employee has been taken care of. And also, I mean, I was the only manager right now of the platform because we were in a tryout mode for the past few months. And considering that we've been using it on a great deal, it's for sure I'm going to propose to my managing team to see and maybe feel like a more at large platform within every department head inside our platform. This way it's going to be easier for department heads and team leads to just take on the great initiative of celebrating their employees' milestones and birthdays and important dates.
                                                       And what I like most about the overall experience I had with Guusto is it's really quick and easy. So there's a way where I can preset and plan in advance the sending of a card to an employee but there's also, if I've been made aware that it was an employee's birthday or milestone the day of, and we need to be quick and easy to send them something, it's really easy to just in two, three clicks to send them a card and they feel the love without anything else so that's why I like more.
                                                       Probably that right now, since I'm the only manager of the platform that the responsibility falls only on me to just be able to send the cards for everyone. And I mean, when you're in kind of a world of per user per month price, it's kind of hard when you have big companies. And I can say that ours scaled up really fast over the past two years with the pandemic. So that's kind of hard for us to keep track of adding people or removing people from the platform.
                                                       So that's why I was the only one using and managing it as of the moment. But I would like maybe to sit down with Guusto and see if there's a way for me to just assign platform, places to department heads where we don't necessarily have to pay per user per month, because it's getting more costly for us when you're really growing fast. So that's probably the only thing I really don't like, it's the per user per month payment of all of this so that's why I'm the only one managing it right now because it's kind of a free trial but that's really the only thing. For the rest, everything has been great.
