The backed offers reports that makes keeping track of taxable commission for employees, all the tracking is done for you automatically. Can't go wrong there. The best part though, is probably how it works with our incentive structure. Before Guusto, we had actual physical gift cards, and the type of card would rotate week over week. With Guusto, its up to the user where they'd like to spend their money. Tracking gift cards we give employees as incentive has never been easier thanks to Guusto.
Guusto has radically improved how MSi - OBTM incentives operate. The options available to our employees are always growing and the APP makes for redeeming those rewards in store a breeze. On the backed, Guusto's solution to reporting has made keeping track of funds extremely easy and the customer service is great! If you ever have a problem customer service is there to help you right away. It has a very personal feeling when you are interacting with their support team.
Honestly I can't think of something I'd say I dislike, any issues I have come down to using Internet Explorer. Those issues are still very minor and rare! Guusto is an extremely flexible service and I'm sure that if I wasn't using Internet Explorer the few bugs I've encountered wouldn't be there.

My overall experience has been nothing but positive.
These cards are very easy to use and manage and they make great recognition gifts. The fact that there are so many companies you can use them with is also incredibly beneficial.
The only downside I have found is that the retailers tend to be very Eastern centric and there are many retailers in the West that aren't included.

Nothing.. horrible experience. I tried to buy one gift card when I needed and the system was down.
If the platform is not working you will be loosing your time.

Being able to pick the value as well as the vendor and how easy it is to recognize my peers and employees.

Overall is a good experience. Twice I faced problems with redeeming to the store, but in general is good
I like Gusto, because is the best way to recognize the employees or to be recognized from the employers
Some stores don't accept virtual cards and they are denying access even with the bar code.

Has been good. I do a lot of online shopping , and with the gift cards I receive I can effectively and optimally utilize them to buy what ever I want
Has a history of all the gift cards, love the personalized messages, keeps you motivated. And its on the app , so does not get lost
Increase the variety of vendors. Also the redeeming process can be a bit confusing

Easy to use. Guusto is a quicker way to send Gift card rather than going to Stores to select one or to visiting personally to give out the Gift cards.
Guusto needs to add Mastercard or Visa Card as merchant which can be used anywhere. Not everyone likes to use an exclusive gift cards like Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart or any Restaurant.

My general experience with Guusto has been really good, I was able to quickly adapt to the platform thanks to the free trial that I was able to enjoy for a week, I was able to adapt to the platform and understand exactly how I should carry out the process of sending awards and gift cards. I'm satisfied with the general functionality of this platform, as I mentioned beofre, a few features still need...
One of the main things that I like about Guusto is the wide variety of awards that exist, I can send gift cards to my employees, cash prizes or a check as thanks for the work days. I also like the Leaderboard system that it has, it allows me to know exactly which employee has had the best work performance, and in this way I can make the corresponding awards, it is quite easy. Finally, I must mention that I love Guusto's free trial, I used it for about 1 week before buying a paid plan, this free trial was complete, it allowed me to send unlimited rewards to my employees and it helped me understand how the platform works.
One of the things that should be improved is that a monitoring system has to be added which allows to know the status of the award sent. On several occasions I have sent awards to my employees but I cannot know exactly when they open that award or if it is still waiting to be opened, I would love there to be a system that allows me to see if the employee has already exchanged an award, to send him some reminder. I would also like to see more variety in the recognition plaques, currently I can send plaques with personalized designs to our employees to reward them for their work, however, there is very little variety of designs.

We love Guusto at our company. We have seen how happy people get when they see the gift in their inbox. It makes them feel appreciated. It was a very smooth transition into using this reward system.
Using this product is very easy. As an administrator, I was able to teach all of our managers how to use GUUSTO with little confusion or push back. I love how you can pick a specific gift for someone or let them choose where they want to spend their money. I also like how you can write a personal note to them to make them feel appreciated. The customer service at GUUSTO is great. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helps us very quickly and solves all our problems day of.
Sometimes employees have trouble accessing their gifts or I have had someone not be able to find his gift in his email. It was like it went away before he was able to claim the gift. Other than that, no problems.

Guusto has been great to work with over the last couple of years! Client love receiving the gifts and all the feedback has been positive about how easy it is to redeem the gift cards wherever they chose!
We love using this software! It is really easy to send gift cards, there are tons of merchants on the list and clients love receiving them!
The fees, but I get it - it's a business and they have to make money somehow. Offsets the postage fees we were paying when we mailed gift cards out.

It is an easy to use tool and set up. Knowing I have access to a terrific way to send a thank you / recognition is very helpful.
I found the site easy to navigate and very intuitive. I was able to figure out how to add funds to my personal account and understand the options in sending gifts to peers with little frustration or problems. The report page will help me easily track the gifts sent and when redeemed.
I have not been able to figure out how to transfer funds from my personal account to the team account - the site provided directions but the transfer button was not available to me. If this is not permitted by my company maybe a pop up explanation could be provided? The minimum amount to add to your personal account is a bit high unless you use the credit card option.

easy access to gifts
I appreciated receiving this by email ( as we are all working remote) this makes it super easy to send/receive. I enjoyed also being able to divide the amount I have received at multiple vendors. I received a generous amount and was able to divide as I pleased and when I needed it on my phone while shopping which made my experience super user-friendly. I enjoyed having the personalized message from my team as well as my company logo
There is not much I can think of that I disliked. Everything worked well.

The only thing I have to add is that I cannot get the Gusto cards out fast enough! Alot of our employees are constantly on the look-out for them. They really enjoy the options, regardless of where they live.
Very easy to learn how to use. Intuitive. The flexibility and options the software gives us. The ability to track redemptions. We hand out rewards for years of service, recognition between peers, event contests (Halloween, Christmas, etc.) and for welcoming additions to our employees' families. I love the fact that I can pre-build and save "reason" templates and corresponding personalized messages; makes it that much easier and quick to hand out.
I really can't think of anything for the moment.

My company uses Guusto to recognize employees for their great performance. It's really to receive little gift cards whenever I go the extra mile and deliver results. It makes me feel like the effort is appreciated. And I love that Guusto gifts provide flexibility and I get to choose where to redeem it! So much better than plastic cards!
Would be nice if it was available outside US and Canada as well. :)

I loved the ability to provide a surprise and delight to our staff, gift them the option of a reward that is useful to them and the ability to reward them immediately from my computer without having to run around getting gift cards. The staff love the online option/app - only a few have preferred the paper option. And i like being able to send a personal note or picture along with the reward.
So much easier than constantly purchasing gift cards.Staff are all on board with using. Love bign able to send little notes and images with the message. Easy to track and manage gifts. And love that we are helping out a good cause at the same time!
Only one issue with redemption so far thorough the merchant's website for a short period of time.

Guusto rocks! The redemption experience is super smooth and everything just works! It's really nice receiving little gifts here and there, as it makes me feel like I'm valued part of the team.
The Guusto app is a great way of receiving gifts. They have partnered with a large and diverse range of both local business and major national retailers so that you can redeem your gifts where ever and however suits you best. It's also handy that they are uploaded to my account so I can never lose my gift cards!
There's nothing much to not like about Guusto! It's been super simple to use and redeem gifts I've received. One thing that might be cool, would be the ability to transfer a gift I received to someone else.

The only negative is that there is no discount for buying an amount. For example if over $2000 was put into the account and a small percentage discount was given this would entice more companies.

The platform brought more interest to my business, both from employees and from customers. The platform offers a tool capable of facilitating the day to day of companies. Tools and vocabulary very simple to understand.

Overall great experience!
I have been delighted with my experience as a Guusto recipient! The app is easy to use, and I love that you can use a single gift at multiple establishments, or combine multiple gifts into one. I have even sent a few gifts to friends for their birthdays, etc. I would highly recommned Guusto!
I am not sure what to say. I have had few questions about how to use the product, and whenever I did customer service was fast and friendly.

creating a better employee recognition program that is more hands off. we have multiple administrators who are able to allocate funds and send out reminders to staff who have not claimed their awards before they expire. i would recommend this product for other organizations, not only in hospitality. easy set up and easy to allocate funds to the account. gives us better insight as to what types of awards our staff prefer.
Ease of use, the scheduling and over all functionality. allows you to be more hands off and allow the system to do the work for you. easy set up and easy to allocate funds to the account. we have multiple administrators who are able to allocate funds and send out reminders to staff who have not claimed their awards before they expire. i would recommend this product for other organizations, not only in hospitality.
would like the time scheduling function. over all very satisfied with product and the check ins from the guusto team to make sure we are happy with the system and ask for feedback on what can be improved from a user standpoint.
