If an error is missed and needs to be corrected after initial payroll is processed there is no way to do this between Tsheets and ADP. There appears to be no way to brake out workers comp codes. The tracking feature is nice and the ease of use of both the desktop and mobile app are great.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

My experience with their customer service is outstanding and they will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue immediately. The overall navigation is simple and easy to use. I have been using busybusy together with another software for employee management to keep a close eye on our department's employees and their quarterly progress. It has been of great help.

Only one complaint - it does not prohibit Meal Period violations, which is an issue in California. It's a great tool since I can show an associate how well they are doing with actual, real time numbers/information so they better understand enabling them to have a better grasp on their performance.
