Feedback can be collected every week, fortnight, month, or quarter, and paused during periods of employee absence, with automated emails and reminders to employees.

Employees can be engaged in two-way conversations with managers, to discuss or clarify feedback and comments, without compromising their anonymity.

Comments are analyzed in real-time, categorized based on their content, and Workday Peakon Employee Voice then determines whether the overall sentiment of responses to each topic is positive or negative.
