“In the policies, we can't search keywords in a document, this would be useful to have access to. When we upload personal documents, we always add a description in the notes but this doesn't pull through onto the main screen so if the file name isn't something that relates to the document eg File1234, we are having to resave files to see what they are on the main screen.”
