AI Recruiter:

AI Recruiter is Puck's audio-only screening tool. It calls every applicant, runs a structured phone screen with a consistent question set, and returns scored summaries, along with full recordings and transcripts, to recruiters. Screens run over a standard phone call with no video, no app download, and no scheduling. Candidates can complete the screen in the language they are most comfortable with; Puck’s hiring software supports more than 30 languages. Recruiters review every screen and make all hiring decisions. Standard plans include up to 200 screens per month and Pro plans up to 500, with additional screens at $3 each.

Employer branding:

Brand Studio captures employer branding content such as employee stories in audio and video format for use in candidate sourcing and outreach materials, including hosted Career Sites and Job Pages that surface those stories where candidates apply.

Sourcing, matching, and pipeline:

Puck’s candidate screening solutions help teams find and rank candidates for open roles, with a focus on improving candidate quality. Talent CRM stores candidates and supports nurturing over time. A Chrome extension is included on Standard plans and above.

ATS options:

Puck’s recruitment software integrates with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Pinpoint, iCIMS, and other leading applicant tracking systems, so screening results and candidate data flow into your system of record. Teams without an ATS can use Puck's Lightweight ATS, which includes AI resume review and job board distribution.

Deployment and access:

Puck is cloud-based and browser-accessed. No software installation is required for recruiters or candidates.
