Pros and cons

It is excellent value for the money and the team is wonderful. They offer hands on support and are always improving, adding new features and seeking feedback from clients.
Awesome support, fast and patient with me. They are the best software firm I have utilized in 40 years of recruiting.
RecruitCRM has many useful features that make the work of an agency recruiter much easier. The best benefit is the CRM part that is integrated with ATS which helps both the recruitment and sales team.
A bit confuse with all the information you can ad.
Some features were missing but I heard they would be added in 3 weeks so nothing else at the moment.
No integration of a chatbot (yet) and no native app (yet).

The ATS and CRM every recruiter wants!

Reviewed 3 months ago

Outstanding we have been very happy with every interaction with Recruit CRM.

Pros

Very easy to use, customizable, excellent customer service, quick turnaround when reaching out to the rep and live chat, reporting, AI functions, kanban view, integrating with other systems.

Cons

It would be great if they offered an offer letter portal to save multiple offer letters templates and deploy them to candidates.

Excellent Platform

Reviewed 3 months ago

Overall, not only is the platform just wonderful to use and highly customizable, but the customer support has been probably the best I've experienced before. In addition to my customer success rep, I also have a technical support guy who set up my API integrations on the backend so that when I add candidates via the extension, they are automatically enriched with contact info from my SalesQL account. I don't even have to touch my SalesQL extension, the enrichment happens automatically on the backend. And I didn't have to pay extra to get that kind of support either!

Pros

The ability to set up and account and start configuring it to my specific needs on day 1 was huge for me. I tend to not like having to schedule and sit through a live demo prior to getting to start playing around with the platform. I like it when they are intuitive and when the product can speak for itself.

Cons

Sometimes the search functionality hasn't been as accurate as I would like. The nice thing though is that when I mentioned this to my customer success rep, it was already on the docket. That was about a month ago and she told me they are currently working on that functionality on the backend and will let me know when the updates have been deployed.

Maximizing Recruitment Potential with Recruit CRM

Reviewed 6 months ago

Fantastic Their customer service team has to be commended for their great work, swift replies and constant availability

Pros

User-friendly Interface Robust ATS Client Management A wide range of customization & cutomation options

Cons

For now nothing worth mentioning But it would be great if the report section had an option to generate and download ready-made reports, instead of having to manually edit them after extraction.

A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!

Reviewed 7 months ago
Pros

This is certainly not the most inexpensive option for ATS systems out there. That said, I can tell you from experience trialing some of the alternatives, that Recruit CRM is by FAR the best option available for a boutique Recruitment firm. By investing in Recruit CRM, we were able to nearly double our capacity without increasing our team size, allowing us to increase our profit margin significantly...

Cons

The cost, initially, was a bit of a tough pill to swallow, but as I stated above, the investment was well worth it.

Recruit CRM

I don't have a bad word to say about the platform or the team. I'm 100& satisfied.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to use. Simple to train new staff on, add-ons such as adding clients and candidates easily are great and saves all our staff a considerable amount of time. They are agile and quick to respond to requests and have never let us down. Candidate flows are a great touch especially with the Kanban board option.

Cons

Initially it was the candidate search function but this is vastly improved now

A very user friendly ATS

Reviewed a year ago

With RCRM I address my basic recruiter's needs effortlessly, managing jobs, clients, candidatesThe set up and customization for each features has been very simple, very easy to migrate data from pre existing data base/spreadsheet.Most importantly, as much as RCRM tech is edgy, the usage is non the less very comfortable

Pros

Rcrm is not a huge ATS system with tons of features but that why it's perfect, it does the job needed efficiently for candidates, jobs or clients. Again it's a very user friendly system, modern that does what I need when I need it, without complication or lag of time, RCRM is a spot on ATS without bling bling. On top of that, the customer service is very fast to answer in the best professional way possible.RCRM is definitely a good place to be for a professional recruiter!

Cons

As a small business, I would love to have a plan with option to get:1. A number of user (1-5) in same plan rather than to add a subscription for each new collaborator2. The possibility to use an API with my plan

Best we could find overall, and we're please, but still a work in progress

Reviewed a year ago
Pros

The overall software is effective and we are pleased with it. We extensively researched different options for recruiting/applicant mgmt/CRM systems and this was by far the leader with a competitive pricepoint considering all the features. However, because it is a newer product and continuously being improved/updated, there are still many "works in progress" and items that need to be implemented and/or...

Cons

A big downfall for us is the lack of a clearly documented user guide or any type of easily accessible reference point to help begin using the software. The resume formatter is also a feature that we were excited to use and unfortunately learned does not work as expected. The Outlook email connection works, but your mailbox is entirely unorganized and you can't easily view your folders, which does...

Solid Recruiting ATS / CRM w Responsive Service

Reviewed 2 years ago

Overall, we have been happy with Recruiting CRM as we launched a new, boutique firm. We've found it easy to use overall and functional to meet our needs as we've launched and grown. The kanban view is the best I've seen in competitive products and easy to manage candidate flow within a job. We haven't exercised all features of the platform yet but will in the future.

Pros

Intuitive and easy to use. We are a small firm and selected the product over 4-5 other products (Bullhorn, Crelate, Zoho, etc). It seemed more intuitive, easier to configure and customize for our workflow, and had some views that were big differentiators (e.g. visual kanban board of candidates within a job). Very happy so far with the product and the service provided.

Cons

The product continues to evolve and add features that align better to executive / low-volume recruiting. Core CRM features aren't as mature as something like a Salesforce CRM but have good features and templates to communicate with candidates and contacts.

Excellent product and team

Reviewed 2 years ago

Recruit CRM has been an essential daily tool for my business. It is very gratifying to know that of all the vendors I could have chosen they have earned my belief and trust in them. I have been a happy and loyal customer.

Pros

Well organized and easy to use. Excellent team of highly motivated professionals who are incredibly responsive and always try to understand the issue at hand. Friendly, smart and hard working. Have been using them since I started my business and it has been seamless.

Cons

I would like to see more client reports tailored to my specific needs.

Great value for your money along with great support

Reviewed 2 years ago

Overall its been a great experience, we don't feel left on an island, support is there all the time, making recommendations and taking feature requests into consideration and making those changes.

Pros

Great customer supportLots of features & very customizable if you have the bandwidth to really customize your process it's a great productEasy to scale up and down, no long term contracts (unless we want to do that to save money) they have options and lots of integrations which is super important as we scale up

Cons

Some things are a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive for US recruiting, its a very international platform. Reporting metrics could be improved a bit, but for the most part this is a solid product

RCRM for IT recruitment

Reviewed 2 years ago

It a good product for our needs.

Pros

The integration clients and JOBs and Candidates are essential to our business. All in one place out of the box.

Cons

Tracking jobs on day to day. Each recruiter is assigned to multiple jobs. We need to follow the progress job by job. We have to use Asana to do that. Reporting is not great. Need more flexibility.

It's ok for recruitment agency

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

The overview is good and easy, and for agencies it is easy to build talent pools. They are always open to give training and help with problems. Like the automatic integration with linkedin to add people with their details.

Cons

The training around the system is needed. It's quiet hard to use compared to other recruitment tools. Sharing with clients it is hard to see the feedback and clients weren't really happy with it. Hard to make assesment lists, because people are forever in the system/connected to the job and hard to remove (only some can do that)

Early Customer Perspective

Reviewed 3 years ago

Great development and customer service.

Pros

For the purpose of adding, candidates, clients, interview stages this software executes it all perfectly. It does exactly what we need it to do.

Cons

There are features that our agency doesn't need, but others likely do. I wish we could remove those features but it's more of a visual preference. Other users might have other concerns but our needs are very simple, and those needs are well executed.

From all ATS recruitment systems we've ever used, this is hands down the best

Reviewed 3 years ago

Fantastic, the support is the best of any software, direct on demand 1:1 support, super responsive and friendly. In addition, they are constantly developing professional new features so this great ATS/CRM is only getting better and better by the month.

Pros

The software is very user friendly while still holding a lot of advanced functionality and features, perfect for staff learning and usage. It supports mass volume hiring and mass applicant tracking, while also being ideal for more direct CV sourcing. With the CRM included it creates a full circle sales and recruitment, all connected, which is a game changer for us. So much transparency.

Cons

There are a few features we would like such as sms messaging but this is being developed as they are always adding new features.

Best customer service team, nothing is a problem! Great value, Great Tech.

Reviewed 3 years ago

I have been in recruitment for 17 years, having used a lot of the 'leading' options on the market such as Bullhorn, Vincere, CATS, and Invenias. I would recommend RecruitCRM over them all. Not only is the tech on par, if not more flexible/advanced, but the real difference is also the customer service, and how available the team is on hand to you, every single day. I have never experienced a service like it when it comes to the other leading ATS/CRM providers. I hope as the company grows, that they never lose their customer service and accessibility! This is what makes you special.

Pros

How adaptable it is, also it is very user-friendly.

Cons

I genuinely cannot think of anything that I could say negative.

Great product, exited for the future

Reviewed 4 years ago

Especially as a self-employed solo recruiter it is super easy and fast to use, although I need to admit that I cannot give an opinion about how good it works for teams (I would suggest still very fine).

Pros

The setup is super easy and the best thing is that you can customize nearly everything to suit your needs. I was used to filter my candidates by skill codes - that field did not exist before. So you just go to settings and create the field you need - you can even decide if you want it to be a dropdown, open text or loads of different options. Also the Chrome Extension is super helpful and saves tons of time.

Cons

Havent found a Con so far; everytime I thought about "oh this is missing" I contacted the support and in most cases those were fields that I could edit myself.

Reviewed 4 years ago
Pros

RecruitCRM is the dream ATS. Fully functional as both a CRM and an ATS, very easy to use and customize, extremely reasonably priced, and excellent, lightening-fast, competent customer service. I've used 6 ATSes and this one is by far the best.

Cons

If a feature was missing and I mentioned it to the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], he found a way for his team to integrate the functionality. A year into using the software, I'm unable to list a con.

Best Recruiting Software I have used

Reviewed 4 years ago

I have run large scale external recruiting agencies since 2007 and launched my new agency last year. I have used Bullhorn, Crelate, and other software and have always been frustrated by the experience, lack features, and the time it takes to make edits or additions. When I researched Recruiting Software for my new agencies I knew what I wanted and what I didn't like. After demoing Recruit CRM I knew it was the right platform for my teams' needs. Recruit CRM is THE FIRST Recruiting Software that all my users like and update regularly without complaining. Time is money for recruiters and having a Recruiting Software that meets our needs is priceless. I highly recommend Recruit CRM.

Pros

Great UX/UI. Easily Customizable. Easy to update and navigate through. Easy to digest Data and Reports. Easy to use and integrate Jobs Page into our company website. ATS is efficient and time-effective. Drag-and-Drop functionality for candidate pipelines makes moving people through the pipeline quick and easy. Email integration. Fully functional Chrome Extension lets me update profiles and add candidates to the system without leaving the browser page I am on. Great, responsive Customer Service.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this software.
