Just Started and Love It!

I researched Teamflect when we switched to Office 365.  Looking for an easier way to do employee reviews, engagement, goals and feedback.  Seemed like it fit the bill years ago, but we didn't go with it.  Looked again last year and it's a lot better--seems to cover all the gaps in our process and engagement inefficiencies!  Adoption of any software is a challenge, but Teamflect makes it feel more like a natural extension of working in Teams instead of an obstacle

Great Product for Performance Management

Easy to use, UI is great and clean and easy on the eyes. APP flow is intuitive, help options are great, the customization has me sold. Our [sensitive content hidden] loved it as well. It a wonderful product overall, for employee reviews and engagement.

Overall a great experience, easy to set up and use but it has some bugs which makes it a bit frustrating sometimes.

Performance reviews, KPI's, OKR's and 1:1's are all automated and documented in one place, this takes out so many steps that we were taking in the past. Great tech support, they are always willing to tweak options and tools to fit our needs. It is scary not being able to pick up the phone and call when issues arise, but the tech support team is always quick to respond.
