What is Worksome?
Worksome is the external workforce platform: one place to source, engage, classify, and pay a company's contractors, freelancers, consultants, and talent sourced through staffing agencies. Most companies have a system for their permanent team (an HRIS) but not for their external workforce, which usually runs on spreadsheets and email. Worksome is that system, with compliance built into the workflow and payments across 150+ countries and all 50 US states. More than 350 enterprises, including Publicis Groupe, Carlsberg, and Novo Nordisk, use Worksome to manage and pay external talent.
