Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Lastly, I personally enjoy the humor of the Aplos team; and the occasional contests/prizes are fun, too. Ongoing problems, month after month, in many areas. Then the response time to get problems resolved is unacceptable and you are stuck in their hands until it works in their schedule. What I love about the product is that it is easy for us who are new to accounting to use, but also robust enough that our treasure (CPA) is able to use it in more complex ways.

In the beginning we lost sales because our staff was confused. Their front house version of their software is crap. Their customer service is terrible, they basically tell you that there isn't a way to do what you are asking. This is a beautifully made system, the apps definitely need work and more ease of use, functionality, but the desktop version is beautiful.
