Most association management systems charge by member or by contact record, so the bill rises every time recruitment works. i4a charges by the number of staff users who log in. Membership can grow from 1,000 to 50,000 and the subscription does not move. You can store prospects, lapsed members and full historical records without watching a counter.

Getting started

Implementation runs 60 to 90 days. A one-time setup fee covers 15 hours of guided onboarding and standard data migration, so the historical records come across rather than being rekeyed. We usually recommend a personalized demo instead, since a guided walkthrough of your own workflows answers more in an hour than a trial does in two weeks.
