What is Chanty?

Chanty is a team communication and collaboration software that helps businesses establish communication via instant messaging and voice or video calls. Administrators can create messaging channels, add or delete members, archive conversations, and assign administrative roles to multiple users.

Chanty enables users to pin important messages, highlight specific members, and start messaging threads to ensure context-based discussions. Team members can manage and track tasks by setting up subtasks, to-do lists, due dates, and priorities on a centralized platform. The search and filter functionality enables users to view specific member profiles, tasks, messages, and communication channels. It also provides a preview functionality, which allows users to view documents and external links from within the platform.

Chanty facilitates integration with several third-party applications, such as Zapier, Google Drive, Github, Dropbox, Asana, and more. It also allows employees to send emoji reactions, images, videos, and GIFs, improving engagement among co-workers.
