What is Consio?

Consio is an AI phone platform for ecommerce teams handling inbound and outbound customer conversations. Built for Shopify brands, it combines AI voice agents, SMS, auto dialer workflows and revenue attribution in one workspace.

Its AI voice agent answers calls 24/7 with Shopify order and live stock context, handles common questions, sends SMS with tracking links, product information or order updates, books callbacks for your team and routes higher-intent conversations to the right rep through IVR menus and call queues.

For outbound, the AI voice agent calls your Klaviyo or Shopify segments, such as abandoned checkouts, failed payments and VIP customers. It creates the draft order, texts the checkout link during the call and leaves your voicemail when nobody answers. Human teams can run the same campaigns with a power dialer and live monitoring.

The platform centralizes calls and SMS, adds AI summaries and transcripts, and helps teams understand which conversations influenced orders. Consio integrates with Shopify, Klaviyo, Zendesk, Gorgias, Kustomer, Richpanel, eDesk and Re:amaze, and offers a public API.
